    Warranty replacement and repair

    A few years ago we had all our windows replaced by Vinylbilt. Over time the darker colour faded and some windows warped from sun exposure. Vinylbilt was very responsive to doing warranty work and were organized and communicated well during this process. Although there were impacts felt from the COVID 19 pandemic Vinylbilt delivered and were always pleasant to work with.

    Flashing on new window was not sealing screen. - gaps in screen

    New window was installed but realized that the screen flashing was missing. They came as a service call. Person here was excellent and although he had to reorder a piece he returned and completed the repair. Great aftercare service.

    Window replacement

    We are in the rental business and use this company for all our window needs. They are an exceptional company, show up on time and clean up

    We had Vinylbilt Windows replace the glass in window in our house.

    No problems at all. The service tech. arrived on schedule and completed the work quickly and expertly while following all Covid 19 pre-cautions. I would not hesitate to contact them again for future jobs.

    Replaced a window under warranty

    The original double hung window was installed approx. 1 year ago. With changes in temperature outside vs inside, we noticed that one of panes of the window had accumulated moisture between the insulated glass sheets... which demonstrated that the seal was broken. We reported it and asked for a replacement... but was surprised that though the window itself was under warranty, there was a labour charge to replace it. My understandings of warranties says that labour and materials should have been all under warranty.

    Replacement window

    Quality of windows is good, service is also when they get there. It took 5 months to get my window fixed.

    I buy alot of your windows, they are the best I've installed. Your service is good also but takes to long to repair

    Service Call to Replace Cracked Glass

    Fast efficient service , they kept me very informed every step of the way and installed the new replacement window with no mess. The level of customer service , support and installation was fantastic.

    New windows

    This is an excellent company. We love our new windows. I've had a few minor issues with the windows and the organization has been highly responsive. No questions asked they solve the issues quickly. I highly recommend this company.
