Five new Vinylbilt windows were installed in 2015. The locking Cams on two windows are not working efficiently. Contacted and spoke to Maris Levine. She advised me on the process and completed everything seamlessly. That's true Customer Service that speaks a lot about the Company. Thank you.

We had a large 3 section fixed picture window in installed in 2004 and the large middle window seal failed and was fogging up. I sent an email to Vinylbilt to ask about a replacement as there was a lifetime Warranty. Got a reply back from Maris Lavine who took all my information needed for the replacement. I was then given a date when the new unit would be made and soon after that a date for installation. The installers arrived on the scheduled date and installation took about 45 minutes. I was very impressed by the Vinylbilt customer service team I dealt with. Also how well they stand behind their Warranties and would highly recommend Vinylbilt windows.

We cannot say enough good words about Maris and her VinylBilt team. We needed a replacement sash for a bedroom window. Their service was friendly, prompt and reasonably priced. VinylBilt is a company we will highly recommend for great quality products and for their professionalism.

We purchased and had installed, windows for our entire home in 2004. In 2024 we found one of the windows could no longer be slid to open or swivelled to clean. We attempted to contact the company that we purchased them from and who had installed them but they were no longer in business. We then got in touch with Vinylbuilt who told us they would honor the warranty on the window. We made arrangements via email to have a tech come out, assess the issue and make the repair. All of my emails to Vinylbuilt were answered punctually and clearly by their service coordinator and she provided answers to all of my questions and booked a tech to come in and do the work in a very timely manner. The tech arrived on time. He was terrific!! He was respectful Of my home (offered to remove his shoes while working in my home). He was knowledgeable and efficient. He showed me what the issue was and repaired it quickly. He made a recommendation for future maintenance that made sense to me prior to leaving. He thanked me for choosing Vinylbuilt. It was a very good experience. He even cleaned up the little pieces of plastic that fell on the carpet during the repair so muy puppy wouldnt ingest them. After the service the Vinylbuilt service coordinator contacted me for my payment. This was a very good experience and I would absolutely recommend this company for install or repair.

We had a large bay window installed in 2016. A few weeks ago, Oct 2024, the latch to lock the window broke. I was concerned it would not be covered under warranty but was please to find out it was. I contacted the window company and a service date was scheduled and the technician who did the repair was excellent. This is the one and only issue we have had. I would highly recommend this company and this product.

Replacement parts were supplied under warranty at no cost. Customer service was excellent and friendly.
