    Replacement Window

    Contacted company to replace cracked pane. Was told up front that it would take a bit of time but really like the product. Did have to call a couple of times to check on status. However installer completed job without any mess and was very quick and professional.

    Great product & warranty

    Fantastic product and customer service Warranty is solid too and that process was seamless & quick. Triple pane 366/180 Cardinal glass. Cant be beat!!!

    Window warranty

    Had our windows done by a private contractor who uses Vinylbilt windows. Three of the windows had leaks. More than 6 months to get them fixed because nobody wanted to take ownership for the error. Finally Vinylbilt fixed them after many conversations and us having to wait for the leaks to get worse! Not happy with the process. The window tech was very nice and polite. Two of the windows are tight and a little hard to open but just dealing with it because we're over it.

    Replacement of Cloudy WIndow

    I am very satisfied with the service this company provided in terms of punctuality, reliability, turn around and response time. I had a number of windows installed in 2017 and have been very happy with the product and how they performed to this point and have continued to perform. The reason for the current recent call was for one of the windows from the earlier installation had turned cloudy meaning that the gas between panes of glass had leaked. Once again, the service was top notch and there was no issue with replacement. Quick response time, polite, professional technicians who popped out the old and popped in the new glass for a crystal clear view again. Reason for the 8 vs 10 for this company is the disappointment that the gas leaked in the first place....I thought windows would last for 10-15 years without this sort of issue presenting but I guess it happens to the best.

    Window replacement

    We are very pleased with the look of our house as a result of the new windows. Many of our neighbours have also given us positive comments.

    Window install and fix

    We had new windows and doors installed and they look amazing! There was one small problem with one of the windows and they sent one of their team members out within a week and a half to resolve the issue. Great products and such nice people that work for them!

    Window adjustment for smoother operation

    Half of my new windows were not closing smoothly, so an adjustment was made to them to allow for better movement on closing and opening windows. This was a warranty fix. The tech was very helpful and was able to fix the issue quickly.

    Window service

    The repair tech was great and friendly however should the windows need repair after 2 years?

    Replace window

    Previously installed window became smoky. Without hesitation or hassle the company arranged for replacement. The company rep came to do the measurements and subsequently came to do the installation ; all done efficiently and promptly. Reps name: Jonathan.

    Windows

    This was replacement glass for our windows covered by warranty Rebecca was our contact and she was excellent. Johnathon was our installer and was also excellent. Very pleased with our experience.
