Great service, windows are 25 years old one of the window seals ruptured and window needed to be replaced. Great customer service from measuring to installation went above and beyond to make sure the window operated correctly and made minor adjustments while changing the window.

The part I needed was covered under warranty. They provided the part promptly with no hassles. Good to know they stand behind their products. Good experience.

We had all our windows and one patio door replaced by Vinylbuilt, the sales rep was very nice and knowledgeable, he told us it would be about a 6 month wait and it was almost that to the day. The installation went smoothly and the techs did an amazing job, only issue we found some small scratches on 3 windows and a ripped screen, they took the screen and brought it back in no time :). (we were very impressed with the noise and temperature difference between our new windows and the old ones, we should have changed out windows years ago if we knew it would make that much of a difference :), the techs told head office and Vinylbuilt called us back to verify the windows to replace and they sent someone out to take care of the issues when we got back from holidays. When we got back we noticed a piece of trim on one window was out of line, the technician they sent to do the repairs, Johnathon was amazing, he was very professional and very respectful while at our home, we felt very comfortable with his ability to replace the glass and fix the window, everything was done quickly and very professional and pleasant to talk too. We would highly recommend Vinylbuilt windows for not only an amazing windows but also the follow up service was excellent.

Vinylbilt honoured a lifetime warranty from my original installer. They have sent replacement parts in past. This time huge picture window needed replacement. That was freebut the service charge from Toronto to London, 2 visits was high. Guess thats what it costs now. Jonathon the tech was timely, left messages of ETA, was polite, professional and thorough, even caulking other areas from other windows. Office staff were helpful as well. Thanks, we love our replacement!
