    Window repair

    Our kitchen window was on warranty. Needed to be repaired. Part was covered. Paid for service call. Technician was on time, and did an excellent job. Was friendly and courteous. Very satisfied.

    Windows repairs

    Windows were installed more than 10 years ago. We contacted Vinylbilt to repair windows that would not stay open. The repair technician, Jonathan was sent to repair the two defective windows. He did an excellent job. What a polite and knowledgeable young man. We highly recommend Vinylbilt excellent customer service and the after service.

    replace screen

    The screen never did fit but I delayed in reporting it....forever. Finally, I did...the fellow came, saw the problem, took it away and fixed it.

    Replacement of warrantied patio door windows

    We purchased Vinylbilt windows and patio doors in 2014 including the lifetime transferable warranty. In early 2022, the patio door unit had seal failure in both windows. The original installer had retired. Eventually we contacted Vinylbilt directly. They told us the patio doors were manufactured by Sunview Windows and Doors and helped us through the process of sending photos of the condition of the windows and the identifying manufacturing stamps on the windows themselves. This information was forwarded to Sunview. In about two weeks we were contacted by Sunview to set a date for replacement of the faulty windows. Two installers showed up and very efficiently replaced the windows. We were pleased with the efforts of both Vinylbilt and Sunview in this matter!

    Warranty Service

    August 16, 2022. I had a contractor install 12 Vinylbilt windows in 2008. They have performed very well, except for one that developed condensation between the panes. I contacted the service department at Vinylbilt and they were very cooperative. They agreed to replace the window and I would do the installing (it was actually fairly easy to replace the glass). It took 2 or 3 weeks for them to build the window size I needed. I then went to their Vaughn office to pick it up. The staff were pleasant to work with and I'm pleased that I didn't have to pay anything to get my window fixed. The only thing that could have improved this warranty service is if they shipped the window to me for installation instead of me having to get across the GTA to pick it up personally.

    wonderful service matches marvelous windows

    On an island in Georgian Bay my windows are critical to comfort (cross breezes on hot days) and to happiness (great views of loons, herons, turtles etc) and to cats who transit thru windows 50 times a day (not an exaggeration). One window had broken and VB sent me the parts quickly at no cost. I couldn't figure out how to replace the parts. Finally called VB and talked to Rebecca. To my astonishment, for $200, they sent a technician all the way here - 2 to 2.5 hour drive one way. He arrived on time and replaced the parts, replaced worn parts on more windows, and applied silicone spray lube - who knew windows need lube - they are now super slidey. Yup - we now play with them - video to come.

    Window Warranty Repair

    Had to replace glass on one of my Windows I had installed a few years back . They were able to have a replacement within a few weeks. The installer was very professional and the repair went smoothly. Thanks for the stress free warranty repair.
