    Warranty fix for broken seal

    Fast and efficient service for replacement of broken window seal. Lifetime window warranty honoured after over 17 years.

    Service call

    I had a couple large windows that were not locking properly and needed some adjustments. Rebecca at Vinylbuilt set up the service call. The service technician, Johnathan was excellent, very polite and knowledgeable. He adjusted the locking mechanisms and the windows are working great. Thanks for the excellent follow up service.

    Bedroom windows

    So prior to the pandemic - I sent an email to your service team about the windows and issue with seal - after numerous attempts to connect and rectify - this dragged out over two years - at first you could not service the issue unless I went through the installer - this can be an issue when the installer goes MIA . Even though I sent your team proof of the windows issues - your team would not rectified - luckily my installer assisted and only then did your team reach out to arrange the replacements - Im happy with the work just completed but disappointed how long this to toke to arrange - now I understand the backlog and lack of supply but the fact your team would not process this was very concerning - i hope you can change your customer service policy - note these were brand new windows and very costly for all them them to fail in less then 4 years . I have others windows that need replacements and not impressed with the quality - hopefully this has been fixed and would need to be reassure before I go with product

    Replace foggy window

    Replaced two windows with broken inner seal. Arrived exactly when they scheduled, in and out with minimum disruption. Very pleasant to deal with - both the serviceman and office staff

    New windows.

    We had new windows thru out our whole home. The windows are nice. We had trouble with the hardware. The paint was chipping off. Had to come back 3 times until it was right. Also some of the windows suck when opening and closing them. The locks on some of them are so hard to push down I simply cannot. The windows are very nice, love the crisp, clean newness of them. Good company to deal with. We used Belanger windows in Midland to install them. Also a great company.

    Customer Service Extrordinaire

    I damaged a small part on my double sliding window. Unable to recall the window manufacture but knowing they were in Concorde, I contacted Vinylbilt to see if they could help. Rebecca in Customer Service was spectacular!! At her request, I emailed a photo of the part. Rebecca identified it as a VB part, created a customer order and had it in the post - all within 30 minutes of my call! This was customer service extraordinaire. My sincere thank and kudos to you Rebecca.

    Window repair

    The technician came and measured and then returned to install the replacement glass. Both times he was on time, friendly and polite. The window looks fantastic

    Replaced broken seal on vinyl window through warranty

    Rebecca, at Vinyl Built Windows, was very helpful. She helped us navigate the lifetime warranty we had for this window since 1999! She organized an inspection and then ordered the replacement glass and booked the repairman to install the new glass. I would ONLY use Vinyl Built in the future based on their customer service and their warranty program. Thanks Rebecca, Ryla and Jon Lightman
