    Window replacement

    Seal broken the worker put in a new window. He was efficient clean friendly and curious.l was very pleased.

    Window replacement

    Two windows were replaced under warranty after approximately 20 years after initial installation. This is the second time one of the windows seal failed.

    Window replacement for loss of double pane seal.

    One of eight products purchased about twelve years ago failed leaving window cloudy. Contacted dealer and approximately 60 days later we received replacement. Technician, Jonathan, arrived in scheduled time frame, was very professional and efficient. He even noticed a flaw in latching mechanism and replaced. Very happy with how the warranty was handled.

    replacement window.

    excellent service to replace one window that was leaking and discolored. The window was covered by the replacement warranty and the work was carried out by a very professional service rep from Vinylbilt. We are very happy and satisfied with the whole service.

    Repair of casement window under warranty

    Vinyl windows installed by London company no longer in business. Tried to locate local vinyl window installer to do warranty repair. My request was declined, stated only do warranty repair work on windows they have installed. Contacted Vinylbilt directly and advised of my problem. They were most helpful and provided the pins to repair the problem and advised on a YouTube video. I had a concern removing a part of the window to install the pins. Vinylbilt stated the warranty covers parts only not labour or service. Negotiated a $100.00 fee for Vinylbilt to come from Concord to London to do the repair.Had to wait three weeks with window open in very hot weather for the repair. Repair took 30 minutes by a very polite and courteous technician who also did more than install the pins. He corrected the track and locking mechanism. Only wish Vinylbilt had a closer service rep in southwestern Ontario to get the repairs completed sooner. Vinylbilt when contacted directly were most helpful and understanding.

    Painting windows

    Windows need to be painted because of faulty paint on original window. Brian and his team and fixed the problem beautifully. I am very impressed with the crew and the company taking care of the problem with no problems at all . Thank you so much
