Discovered sewage backing up in the basement. Real nasty scene. Called Master Drain and talked to Vitaly. He told he can send someone over in 30 minutes and be done in 30 minutes, and gave me an exact quote. Walter came and snaked the pipe and is now drained. Very nice guy. Would definately recommend Vitaly's business for your drainage problems.

Vitaliy and his crew helped us on a holiday Monday for a much more reasonable price than Rotorooter. We have had several problems with flooding and we are confident they are repaired now. His crew was polite, timely, and efficient. We have every confidence in recommending his team. Thank you again!!!!!

Master Drain was prompt in responding to my issue; the owner communicated throughout the process, the work was completed promptly, the area was left extremely neat and clean. The City of Toronto rebate program for back water valve installation was explained to me, and the owner efficiently looked after the application on my behalf. It was truly a pleasure having such wonderful workers in my home.

After recent flooding of our neighbourhood due to city sewer backup, we decided to have a back-water valve installed. Contacted Vitaliy as a neighbour had used Master Drain & Water works and he provided quote/contract within a day. Dig and install work was done fast on one day and they returned early the next day to fill in after the city inspection which they arrange. Crew did a good job of keeping house clean with tarps etc. Paperwork for city rebate was provided.

This is the third time that I have used the services of Master Drain & Water Works. After the torrential rain and serious storms that happened in Toronto this August, the basement apartment in my house was flooded and I called Vitaliy Dymchuk, the company owner, to consult him. As in the past, when a tree root invaded old underground clay pipes and caused problems in my house, Vitaliy promptly responded to my call, came to inspect the premises and organized the work in a timely manner. He and his crew members are exceptionally professional, knowledgeable and efficient. An old clay pipe running under the apartment was replaced, and weeping tiles and a sump pump were installed. The nature of the work required extensive digging and the removal of soil and other residue from inside the house. The apartment interior was carefully protected with plastic sheets and after the work was completed it was left in immaculate condition. A special thank you to Walter who did an amazing job. He arrived earlier than scheduled on both days, conducted this very hard work effectively and always honoured the time frame that was requested. Thank you very much again to Vitaliy for always patiently answering my many questions and for providing such an exceptional service. This is an outstanding company that has consistently maintained a high level of professionalism and quality of work, along with honesty and integrity over the years, as evidenced in the review I wrote when I used their services in the past. I highly recommend the services of Master Drain & Water Works and Vitaliy Dymchuk. I would certainly never work with anyone else!

We would highly recommend Master Drain. This was one of the best contractor experiences we've had. We had a back flow valve and floor drain installed in our basement. Vitaliy obtained the work permit, coordinated with the city for an inspection to obtain a rebate and ensured the work was done on schedule for the quoted price.

I recently had my backwater valve installed by Master Drain & Water Works. Vitaliy and his crew had done wonderful job on the installation. They were quick and professional. The price they offered is the most reasonable among all the contractors, without you constantly hustle back and forth with the plumbing sale agents. On top of that, they also provided the best customer services among contractors I ever had, as they would answer any questions you have with patient and courtesy. I’ll definitely call them on any future plumbing services.

**EDITED** Just wanted to add a note here that I did ignore the below service and moved on. Didn't intend to follow up etc and had found another contractor to work on our issue. To my surprise, Vitaliy had reached back out to apologize for this and offered to return back my money since the issue was never fixed. I would refer to this as true professionalism above all else! If I had to call someone again for plumbing, I would call Vitaliy again as I would trust someone who made the effort to call and honor the issue and offer a refund when I did not even ask for it. The rating of 2 is for the fact that Vitaly was able to send someone the same night. However, when we first contacted him, and he asked for a description of the issue, which he immediately says he's sure a snaking job is what the toilet needs. The guy came and immediately did a snaking job, and thereafter assessed that there's nothing wrong with the pipes and that its the toilet, which is not good and needs replacing. Again, purely by just doing a snaking job. We called Vitaly next day as obviously our toilet was not fixed. Personally, I didnt want to just replace the toilet just like that as I felt we weren't even given a firm confirmation of what is the problem other than it must be our toilet cause it's not the pipe. Vitaly offered nothing else other than replacing our toilet and that he doesnt know what else to tell us. We called another co on homestars just to get a second opinion and one that would not charge us before assessing the issue and quoting us for the job required. They were the most professional and told us that you could tell what the issue is , ie its the toilet or pipe by water levels when flushing, and also do another job, albeit would cost $$, by turning the toilet upside down to look into area to see if there is something that was clogged there. At the end of day, we felt at least we were given some assessment of what the issue is, rather be told over the phone, and also got charged for a job that not did not fix the issue, but couldn't tell us exactly what the issue was. We are not sure how this company got such high ratings, other than the assumption that this job was too small for much care to be given about it.

Thank you to Vitality and his crew from Master Drain. We were having issues with are drains and after another company came and cleared and videoed the line we decided to replace everything for peace of mind. Sourced out 3 quotes and after meeting Vitality and asking questions new he was the man for the job. His quote including permit was reasonable. His crew did what they did everything that was discussed and worked hard for a week to get are finished basement back asap. I would not hesitate in recommending Master Drain to anyone looking to have similar work done.
