I am very happy with front door! I received great advice from Alex regarding the door selection & colour of door. The colour "commercial brown" is rich & quite striking. Although the door has glass with iron insert, no one can see into the house which I was concerned about. The men who installed the door were very considerate, professional, and they cleaned up well.

Problem with one of the panel of my casement window. Glass was not clear. Initially had a few misunderstanding while trying to determine the actual cause and to get the problem fixed. Took a month for ordering the parts, and the problem window was replaced in a jiffy. Now it looks as good as NEW.

Alex from Global Windows & Doors promised us that we would be satisfied with his company's work once it is all complete and he was absolutely right. Initially we agreed on retrofit installation for all the windows in our home, which totalled more than 24, and a contract was made. A few days later, we changed our mind and asked if we could have brick-to-brick installation instead. Alex was willing to come to our house again to make an entirely new contract to satisfy our wants and needs. Also, we have california shutters on every single window in the house and trying to ensure the shutters will still fit on new windows and frames is certainly a challenge. Alex provided a gentleman's agreement that his workers will be able to measure accurately enough to overcome this tall task. There is only one word to describe how the shutters fit now: perfectly. The results are truly impressive. In addition, the windows are of very high quality, the installers are professional and the company has a high attention to detail. In summary, I would certainly recommend Alex and Global Windows & Doors to my closest family and friends.

I had a few different prices from other companies and they could not compare with the price I paid beautiful glass doors just what I wanted I could not be more pleased the workman ship is the best and alex and the fellows that work for him are real hard workers very polite and clean up after them what more could you ask for betty

I recently had five windows replaced by Global. The owner Alex, responded to my request for a quote very quickly. During that appointment Alex took the time to discuss various options and answer all the questions I had and made excellent recommendations. He measured the windows and provided a very reasonable price and an estimated installation date. Mirko came out that same day to obtain the detailed measurements to complete the order. On the day of installation, the crew arrived and did an excellent job of installing the windows. Mirko is extremely professional and his experience becomes evident during the installation. Before leaving Mirko asked me to check everything to make sure I was happy before leaving the jobsite. I am very pleased with Alex and his crew and will have them back next year when I complete the replacement of the remaining windows. I highly recommend Global Windows to anyone looking for an honest and reliable window company.

Alex came to our home within 48 hours of being contacted. He made some quick measurements for costing and gave us a price. His installer came a few days later to take exact measurements for making the windows. About 16 days later, the door and windows were installed. The quality of the windows and door are excellent as was the installation. I did need to call Alex to have some of the caulking touched up. The installer returned, (no hassles), and went over all of the caulking to make sure I was completely satisfied. -We're extremely pleased with the results.

Alex arrived on time after a single call to quote me to replace the windows in the house. When a date was agreed upon for replacement Mirko came out to re-measure everything. Mirko and his partner arrived earlier than the expected time and worked throughout the day. Every window was replaced including the sliding door. I was very impressed with the care they took in removing my blinds and curtains. Cleanup was okay outside. But after 10 hours of hard labour....they deserved to go home!

If I could give Alex and his crew 11 stars I would. I had all ( 17 or 18) windows plus the sliding glass door replaced. Alex gave us a date and showed up as promised. The entire crew came and replaced all the windows in one day and cleaned up at the end of the project....TWO THUMBS UP !!!
