We recently had eleven windows replaced by Global. The owner Alex, measured all the windows upon arrival, quoted us a very reasonable price and gave us an installation date. The installers arrived promptly on the arranged date and quickly and efficiently installed all the windows agreed upon. The installers were most agreeable workers who did an excellent job installing the windows. They cleaned up any debris that was created during the installation process and left the work areas clean and tidy. We were extremely pleased with the workers and the excellent job they did and would highly recommend Global Windows.

Workers did amazing work, very polite and clean up after the work was done. The they also made sure I was pleased with the work they were doing. They will be back next year to complete the rest of the windows in my home.

Alex and his crew did a very good job, were on time, and cleaned all the mess. The windows are beautiful and professionally done. I like that they have a flexible payment plan.

Alex the owner of this company scheduled me in without an appointment when he was in the area. He arrived when he said he would. I felt comfortable with him and gave him the job. My windows were installed with little mess and look beautiful. Would definitely recommend this company.

Alex was very pleasant at first. Installers were pleasant. However, the window in my daughter's bedroom doesn't close properly. I mentioned this to Alex the day of installation. He didn't offer to come back. It is cold in my daughter's room when it's windy. I tried last winter to contact him, no luck. I called yesterday evening, got a hold of Alex because it was very windy out and the window whistles. Alex was not pleasant and blamed me for the problem. He said he would only come by if he was in the neighbourhood. I have neighbours asking about our windows. I will tell them do go elsewhere.

I recently had my 20 year old windows replaced, I called several companies and global windows had the best price and quality! I dealt with Alex (the owner) directly, all work was done in a timely manor and looks excellent! I later called back and replaced my front door which made the house look completely different! I recommend global windows 100% to everyone!

We needed some windows replaced in our home and decided to call some companies to get some quotes and get educated on what we required. Global was one of the companies that we contacted and dealt directly with the owner Alex. Alex came to our home and provided us with a lot of useful information as it relates to replacing existing windows. The thing we liked most was that he was a straight shooter and very knowledgable. We did not feel pressured in the least as we did with the other two companies who said if we didn't take the deal they were offering on the spot that that would be different if we didn't sign on the spot. Alex provided reasonable pricing and we had already done some prior research on Homestars that provided some very good reviews on him and the work his company does. We moved forward to sign with Global. Once Alex knew when the windows were coming in he contacted us and was very flexible with booking the installation appointment. Installation day came and two of his installers came and I have to tell you they did a great job and answered many of the questions I had as they were working. The cleaned up as they were working and left our home as if there weren't ever there. What I appreciated most was that after a couple of hours of them leaving Alex called to follow up. A great way to close of the job for us. We need additional windows replaced and will definitely be contacting Global Windows (Alex) again.
