Alex and his team of installers did a fantastic job with two bedroom windows, a sliding door and a Bow window in our home. They were fast, cost effective and efficient and I would highly recommend using them if you are considering replacing windows in your home.

I have already recommended this company to a neighbour who is expecting the work to be done in a few weeks.

Alex responded to my request quickly and visited our site within a couple of days. He gave me sound advice about the risks of my originally envisioned solution, and recommended an alternative which i accepted. This job was for my mother in laws home. We met up with Alex and he explained details of the sliding doors that my mother in law wanted and the insulation. Two days later the installers took the old sliding doors out which was challenging but they did it and installed the new sliding doors they did a great job. We are all happy with the new sliding doors. From all of us thank you Alex and your team for awesome job .

We had windows installed by Global Windows and Door Home Improvement Inc. Not long after the installation, we heard a loud "bang!" and we noticed that the bottom glass was cracked on the inside. Nothing had made contact with the glass, so how could this be? When I called Alex (Production Manager) at Global and asked about the warranty for a defect in the Insulating Thermal Edge Glass Unit (according to the wording of the contract), he said "No Window company will warranty the glass on a window" and the warranty period for glass is not even 1 day". Before you choose a window installer, read the warranty and ask questions about the meaning of the term "Lifetime"!

I am very happy with the results. Alex was very prompt, professional and informative. I wanted to retain the beautiful moldings of my current windows, so Alex suggested retrofiting the windows. The door and sidelight was totally replaced. The installers completed the job in one day. They were diligent, worked hard and did an excellent job. They cleaned up all the debris. I'm looking forward to windows and a door that is not drafty and that will keep my home warm this year. I would definitely recommend Global windows and Doors Home Improvement. Nov 2023 I called Global Windows bc the mechanism on one of my double hung windows failed. Alex sent out his best technician the following day. It was fixed promptly and for no charge even though the windows were installed three years ago. I am beyond happy
