I can not say enough about Alex and his team. I call Alex asking for a quote for the new windows and patio doors that I needed and he came right over and gave me the information that I asked for and put us right at ease with his professionalism. Once we made the decision to go with Global, we never looked back. Alex kept us informed as to when the job would be done and his team arrive right on time. They were very efficient, clean and knowledgeable when it came to installing the items. The product is above what I had expected sand we would highly recommend Global Windows and Doors.

I want to thank Alex and team for a great job they did,Alex came in checked and quoted us a price,he stuck with it and want beyond with capping etc. Milan was great and does an amazing chalking job,as well as his partner.we are very satisfied with the work and would recommend Global to anyone as we did already. I found Global Windows and Doors thru this website along with others as well, called all of these companies for free quotes to replace all our windows and door. some didnt even bother to call back. Alex was eager to stop by and provide a price quote within 2 days. He was very easy to deal with and he was willing to work with us as well , Its a Big Project , Price, Time line and Quality is top priority. I am very impressed by Alex's recommendations for windows, Type of door, Materials. He was clear about dates of completion, how long would it take etc. His crew was fast and very efficient. They started Saturday and were done same day of removal of all windows, Door and Install. The finishing was done next day. They didn't damage anything and cleaned up well after the work was done. Alex and his crew are top notch and very dedicated to work. I couldn't get them to take a drink break :) Work First was the answer from all of them. Well Done Team. I am definitely going to recommend you to all my friend and family.

I was quite pleased with Alex and his recommendations on how to proceed on replacing my basement windows. His crew did an excellant job and extended the flashing around the window to cover the damaged concrete as I had asked for. Well done!

I recently used Global Windows and Doors to replace 8 windows in my home. As a first time home buyer, this was a major renovation project for me, to take on. However, the sales man (Alex), made me feel very comfortable, with all the time he spent explaining the products, and my options, so that I am able to make the right choice financially. I am very pleased with the service, as the workers were very professional and efficient. They cleaned up after each window replacement, and explained how to open the windows for cleaning purposes. Overall, they did great job.

I had another company in for a new front door and asked them to quote windows as well. The door was unique to them and exactly fit our needs however the window quote was exorbitant. I searched HomeStars and found Global Window & Doors - the rating and reviews convinced me to call. They were on site quickly and gave me a quote that was exactly in line with my expectations - more than 60% lower than the other guy. The salesman even kept us from overspending on sliders that apparently still have some life to them. When the crew arrived I had a concern that the job wouldn't be done in one day - was I wrong. They were very efficient and the job was complete by day's end, including frames, with a clean job site when they left. Many tradesmen on site since have complimented the windows and the workmanship, including some in the same sector. I'll definitely call them when it's time to replace those sliders.

Our daughter recommended Global windows after having their windows replaced and we''re glad they did! We had them replace 3 doors for us and they did a spectacular job! Alex was great! He came out immediately, gave us a quote and backed it up. His team was punctual, efficient and fast. They had the job done all in one day and way ahead of expectation. We needed a new front door and side door. Global had the best price for a quality product and Alex was very professional and pleasant to deal with. I needed new windows for our entire home as ours were over 25 years old and had no gas seal. Alex is very professional and provides a good price for a quality product and an excellent installation. The guys arrived around 11am (as they had to pick up the product across town) and I did not think they would be able to complete the whole job that day. I was wrong. They went all afternoon (without a break, I'm pretty sure) and were done and cleaned up by about 6 or so. They did not rush through this job, I assure you, and they flashed and sealed everything quite nice. I would definitely recommend Global to friends and family.
