In August we called 4 companies with good ratings on Homestars. 3 of them replied and we made arrangements for an estimate for 4 windows, a sliding door and a bay window. While all 3 representatives were prompt, professional and very prepared, Alex from Global gave us the best price and seemed to be the most experienced, so we chose Global. A few days later one of his staff came by to take more precise measurements, again, precisely on time and very professional. We set up a date for installation in late September. Tony and Vasil showed up, on time, and completed the job in a day, including installation, caulking and cleanup. The quality of the product is excellent and the workmanship looks as good as it could be. We haven't had any extreme heat or cold yet, but from the quietness compared to our old windows, I'm sure we will be very happy with their work. Highly recommended. Thanks Alex and your crew.

This was the first company that I didn't have to leave a message and Alex gave me quotes over the telephone. Alex was very wonderful to work with and his crew were very professional and originally we were only getting new basement windows, then we decided on a new living room window and after I saw how great it looked I decided to order a new kitchen window. The workers were courteous and very skilled. They completed their work within a very reasonable time and with minimum impact to the home occupants. The door looks great, very neatly installed with high attention to detail. The pricing was the best and I was initially afraid of the quality of the installation and the door and windows... We recently replaced all of our windows with Window City windows. These windows were installed by Global Windows. Great service and value! After some research, I chose to have windows replaced by Global Windows. Alex came to the home and with great detail reviewed our current situation and suggested several options we could chose from. He was straightforward and accommodating to our needs, which we liked. His price-point was excellent given our budget!

Alex and his crew did a fantastic job. Fast, efficient, effective and cleaned up everything after they were done. The end product looks marvelous. The new sliding door actually makes the kitchen and the patio look instantly better ! The front entrance is 2000% better looking. Great work !

Great experience working with Alex and his crew. Alex promised me fast service, great price, extreme satisfaction - and he delivered! I replaced 7 windows in my home and felt like I got a great price. The job was done in one day, as promised. I asked my neighbour who did her doors and she highly recommended Global. I called and Alex answered the phone.(I was pleased not having to leave a message and hope for a call back) I spoke with Alex and he was at my house within half an hour, to give me a quote. The price seemed very reasonable and the warranty was good. So I asked how soon the job could be done, expecting to wait at least a week or two. He told me they could install it the next day when they finished their scheduled work. The two installers arrived the next day just as promised. They were both very polite and courteous. The job they did was better than I could have hoped for. So professional. The doors look beautiful, the installation and calking is perfect! They even cleaned everything up.
