Team and job completion was professional of the best quality, but the most important thing for me was that Aiad was determined to have my wife and me happy with the work, even if that meant adding some extra work or changing colours at the last moment. The difference in isolation is enormous, and noticeable on the silence inside the house and how the temperature is maintained overnight. We are truly happy with the work and certainly recommend the company.

Aiad is hands down the best tradesman we have ever used. He is fair, impeccable, professional and stands completely behind his work. He stuccoed our house front and back and has returned for other work since. Don’t waste your time looking at others. There is no better tradesman in this business, and he is a true gentleman. We have no higher praise than this….he was flawless.

Aiad and his team did an incredible job , doing a 2-floor stucco treatment plus stone work on on our house last summer. From start to finish , I can not say enough wonderful things about the personal touch and quality of work - he goes the extra mile to make customers feel like he is treating you like his own family. Well ...we did not expect this!!! Aiad and his team were FANTASTIC ! They start the work 2 weeks earlier than agreed,and every morning at 7 am they were on site ready for work. The job was finalize in 4 days instead of 1 week. Excellent communication and follow up was prompt. Emails were responded right away. We love our new house and we recomend Aiad and his team to everybody. P.S. We paid on the last day of work once everything was finalize!!! You guys are the best.

We are very happy with the work Aiad and his team did repairing the stucco on our house. From the very start, looking at the damage, Aiad gave us an honest assessment of what we might be looking at, what he thought was the reason for the damage in the first place, and how he would avoid a repeat. He provided us with a detailed quote itemizing all the work that would be done and materials that would be used, along with a range allowing for the extent of damage that might be uncovered underneath. One other company I contacted wouldn’t even give a written quote unless we signed a contract! Seeing the work in progress and the completed job, I can see that Aiad and his crew care about doing the finest work, right down to making sure our gardens were protected, and everything was completely cleaned up. I have great confidence that the stucco will last as long as we’re living in our home, and for many years beyond.

We couldn’t be happier with the work done by Cosmopolitan. Our house, built in 1950, now looks amazing. It looks new and contemporary. When undertaking a project like this you want an expert but one who respects the homeowner’s concerns and hopes. They’d had so much filler inserted over the years, due to rot, that the surfaces were unattractive. Aiad proposed that he pull out the old sills and replace with more substantial molded sills, colour matched to the stucco. Aiad and his team are a competent, efficient, and focused group who accomplished the task of remodeling our home with a new stucco exterior and molding finish. Though the task at hand seemed large, with all four sides of the house being remodeled, Aiad was able to finish the task with impeccable timing, only taking 2 and a half weeks to complete. Aiad, treated our house like his own, ensuring that no steps were skipped, and paid close attention to details. Overall, we are extremely happy with the great work accomplished by Aiad and his team.
