    Cannot recommend this company enough

    Aiad and the Cosmopolitan Construction team were recommended by friends and we are so glad. I do not believe it would have been possible to find a more professional company to complete the work and not only meet but exceed our expectations. They started when they said they were going to start, they finished when they said they were going to finish, they charged what they said they were going to charge and the over delivered on everything. Even when they did the caulking after everything was completed they matched the colour to the background so nothing looked out of place. I would be happy to recommend Aiad and his team to anyone who is looking for this kind of work.

    Stucco window boxes

    Aiad and his crew did a fabulous job of installing stucco boxes around our upper floor windows, replacing the very old aluminium sidings. Aiad was friendly, professional, and went the extra mile to make sure that we were happy with the results. We highly recommend Cosmopolitan for stucco work!

    Replacing Vinyl siding with Stucco

    Aiad and his crew are absolutely outstanding. Right from my very first interaction to the completion of job, there has never been any issues I've had with my project. I am usually very picky when it comes to selecting contractors for work and never did I have second choice in my mind to perhaps shop around for another quote. I would urge anyone looking to get exterior work done on their home to get in touch with Aiad as that would be one of the best decisions they would make. Thank you Aiad and team for a job done to perfection!

    Quality Stucco Transformation by Cosmopolitan Construction

    We are so pleased and couldn't be happier with the outcome of our exterior home renovation by Cosmopolitan Construction. Based on our design ideas, Aiad used his years of industry knowledge to help refine our vision and then deliver on the home stucco transformation we so much hoped for. Aiad & his team were efficient and courteous craftsmen who put our interests first and took exceptional care in the work they preformed through every step of the project. There was strong communication throughout the process to ensure we always understood what was happening when and where we were in respect to the committed timeline. Quality of workmanship and staying with the job to completion are two exceptional attributes of Cosmopolitan Construction over other contractors that we have dealt with.

    Upper Floor Stucco

    If you are considering stucco for your home, look no further than Cosmopolitan Construction! Aiad and his team are true professionals. Beginning with the initial consultation, Aiad took the time to explain what the project would entail, answered all of our questions, and provided a comprehensive quote. Throughout the construction phase, the team was always on time, were respectful of neighbouring properties, and thoroughly cleaned the site everyday. Aiad also provided us with a brief review of the work completed at the end of each day and what we could expect the following day. We are very impressed with the final product; the quality of the work, attention to detail, and level of communication exceeded all of our expectations!

    STUCCO

    Cosmopolitan is the company to go with for your stucco project. We were totaly saticfied with the fihished look provided by Aiad and his team. Backed by his more than 20 years hands-on experiance in the industry, Aiad planed every step ahead, explained all the details during the quotation, and made everything happen per the job description. Our home was an old victorian style house with stucco & bricks exterior that has quite some details, and both were painted previously. Not an easy project for sure. Aiad and his team, spent almost 2 days just for the prep works alone. They properly covered all none stucco surfaces, removed all light fixtures cables, covering the roofs, floors and even plants. Great attention on all details. respected my house as if it were their own. All his crew were hard working, friendly and took pride in their works. They even helped to fix some of the loosen flagstones without charging me addition. the result speaks for it self, absolutely beautiful, beyoned my our expectation! We are convinced Cosmopolitan is the company to go for stucco jobs and will definitely have them come again to do stone skirts. A big big thank you to Aiad and his crew! 谢谢谢谢

    Stucco work on columns and under bay window

    It was a pleasure to work with Aiad and his team. The communication leading up to the project was great, the work was done to an amazing quality and in great time and everything was cleaned up afterwards. Aiad is professional and a genuinely nice person to speak to and deal with. Highly satisfied and highly recommend!!

    Complete house and garage stucco

    We cant say enough about Aiad and his crew. They are talented, hardworking and committed. They are professional and respectful at all times making sure everything is done right. They check in with you making sure you are satisfied at every step. We are very happy with the results and highly recommend Aiad and his crew!

    outdoor stucco

    Aide is professional and personable. The job was done on time, within the agreed budget and to our full satisfaction. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family.
