    Furnace and AC installation

    My furnace broke down this November and it was winter-like weather already. I contacted Martino HVAC in the afternoon and the service person visited us by evening. He inspected the furnace (which was end-of-life and I knew this from home inspection report when I bought the house) and told me that heat exchange had stopped functioning and it was unsafe to use the furnace. On his advice I decided to get a new furnace installed. The Martino HVAC team not only installed the new furnace (and AC which was also end-of-life) in less than 48 hours, they made sure we were kept warm. They provided room heaters and also fixed the gas fireplace!! I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs prompt and efficient service.

    HVAC work

    Installation was great. Sales rep answered all our questions and got us booked in quickly. The only con was the price. They were a bit expensive.

    Furnace Replacement

    From the no pressure and extremely informative sales process to installation Martino HVAC was extraordinary! When our furnace died - JP at Martino HVAC gave me all the options available without the pressured "up sells", acknowledging and respecting our budget, delivering EXACTLY what we needed. I was a tad weary about the install given how my old exhaust pipes were hidden and run through the ceiling and when the install techs arrived on site they were VERY professional, knowledgeable and put me at ease with their confident "we got this" attitude. Brett & Tom, you guys are awesome! My wife was at home during the installation and was super impressed with their politeness and explanation of exactly what they were doing. She said the installation was a breeze and when I came home I was honestly a bit surprised at how clean and precise their work was - it was absolutely amazing! JP, Brett & Tom - thank you. :-) Martino HVAC has gained a client for life and if you're reading this, this is your opportunity to make the right choice and go with Martino. It's no surprise they have such a high rating, they are truly awesome!

    Tankless water heater

    Removal of old tank and installation of new tankless water heater with an upgrade to the gas line to accommodate higher gas needs. 4 folks came in and did a fantastic job. Very knowledgeable, provided tips on the unit and cleaned up after themselves. I would use these guys again in a heartbeat. Also great support from Adam at the office, truly appreciated.

    Furnace install

    This was a existing install to replace a faulty furnace. The response was fast and priority was given to my installation as I was heating with electric space heaters only. The installers were thorough and very professional. They were efficient and left the installation site clean and completely finished. I would recommend Martino without hesitation.

    Easy installation and nice people

    We had a good experience with Martino. They were recommended to us by our builder (we got our furnace with them) and then reached out to get an AC unit as well. Everything was smooth and the installation and service have been great. No complaints about either product.

    Home Renovation

    After working on a home renovation, I had a pleasure working with the Martino group. They had installed a new furnace, the installer was more helpful and was able to answer all my questions. I would recommend this company to everyone!

    HVAC Maintainence Plan

    I took their plan last year , and this year about 15 days back I received a call for renewal, and the executive explicitly stated that we will schedule you for tune up activity as it is due for the plan you have taken from us , and asked me about renewal to which I said I dont wish to renew and the executive scheduled the appointment for the tune up for which I had already paid. On the day of the appointment I receive a call that you will be charged as you are not renewing the plan and I tried to explain to this executive that the appointment was scheduled based on annual tune up activity and I found it rude when she said I dont know whom you spoke to but thats not the case, I am sure it was visible at their end who scheduled my appointment. I declined to accept the plan and now my tune up is up for toss.

    fast, effective service

    the pilot light on my tenants' furnace had gone out twice friday morning and the temperature was dropping. i was worried about not being able to get someone in to look the furnace before the weekend. martino sent their technician kyle over within a couple hours. he immediately assessed it as being a fairly minor problem (faulty ignitor) and not something major. the problem was fixed in minutes. kyle was very friendly and took the time to discuss my furnace and share some helpful tips. i definitely recommend martino HVAC.

    Central Humidifier Installation

    Old renovated house gets extremely dry in winter. Reached out to have central humidifier installed - had an appraisal, quote, and full install within a week! Arranging everything with Adam was incredibly responsive and easy, and the crew (Kyle and Colin) were exceptional. Fast and organized, very clean job site, and super friendly with my dog and toddler son. Kyle gave a full tutorial and orientation to the unit, and service was excellent start to finish! Will likely need a new furnace in the next 5 years or so - will be hiring Martino HVAC for that and any other future HVAC jobs without hesitation.
