    FANTASTIC SERVICE TIME

    I CALLED MARTINO AT 2PM ON THE HOTTEST, MOST HUMID DAY OF THE YEAR SO FAR. THEY HAD A TECH OUT TO SERVICE MY A/C AND GET IT RUNNUING AGAIN WITHIN 2 HOURS. WHILE OTHER COMPANIES THAT I REACHED OUT TO THE NIGHT BEFORE DIDNT EVEN CALL ME BACK MARTINO GOT IT DONE AND DONE QUICKLY. 5 STAR SERVICE FOR SURE

    Air Condition Unit

    Martino Contractors installed a new furnace a couple of years ago and I was so impressed by their service that when I had trouble with the A/C unit there was no hesitation in calling them again. Adam came and and inspected the A/C which was 15 years + and as it would have been costly to correct the aging unit I decided to purchase a more efficient and dependable one. The service technicians were very knowledgeable and accommodating in explaining what they were doing as well as answering my questions.

    Air conditioning

    Tom and Brett showed up on time and completed their work effectively and efficiently. They answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend Martino HVAC, Tom and Brett to everyone!!

    Furnace

    The Techician Mark was timely, professional and was very meticulous with my furnace repair. The company was accommodating to my availability as well....the repair was done on the weekend without me having to take time off. A professional company with great level of service

    Not worth signing up for their annual plan

    We signed up for their annual tune up plan as it was time to get our furnace and air conditioner checked on. We also had some issues with our condensation pump and couldn’t locate where water was leaking. The technician they sent out was useless! We found the source of the issue ourselves 3 weeks later, that the hose connected to the pump was broken. Would not recommend them and I’m weary of having them check out A/C which is scheduled for closer to summer.

    Reliable, honest and great customer service

    I phoned Martino Hvcac and they sent someone out the next day to a noise issue I was having with my furnace. Dave came and diagnosed it to be the inducer motor, ordered part and Trevor came the day after and replaced it. Overall, great customer service from when you call and to the service people who come for the repair. I would say the costs are reasonable and worth it to know that it was done right. I would definitely use them again and appreciate the fast response.

    Great customer service

    Just got the furnace and air handler. The martino rep who came to install and inspect the product was very knowledgeable. Will definitely recommend martino. Looking forward to more great service. So far, no problems with my system.

    Installed AC units in two of our rental properties

    I dealt with Adam Saunders before so when it came time for a couple AC units for our rental properties it made sense to contact him, along with a couple other suppliers . Adam provided a quick reply to our requirements and a competitive quote. Adam kept me posted with regards to the installation date which allowed me time to inform our tenants. The installations were both professional done and the installers were both courteous and informative. We our having a new home built later this year and Martino HVAC no doubt will be doing our AC unit. I highly recommend Adam and his team at Martino. Thanks for a job well done regards, VB Alliston

    Great Service - Very Professional

    Our furnace started to act up after only 11 plus years and we felt it was wiser to replace it than to undergo a costly repair. Spoke to 3 contractors, all reviewed on Homestars. Ultimately chose Martino and we are not sorry. JP came to the house the same day we called. He listened to our needs and after a bit of back and forth discussion, we agreed on a mutually acceptable price for the job. Installation date was arranged for a few days later. Tom and Emmett arrived in the morning and went right to work, letting us know what they were doing along the way. The company even provided portable heaters in case it got too cold in the house during the job. When done they explained various aspects of the new furnace and humidifier. They couldn't have been nicer and more professional. Also, speaking to Adam and Sonny in the office was a pleasure. All in all, the whole process was handled very professionally and we highly recommend them for your heating needs.

    Changeover from oil to gas

    Very happy with the service I received from Martino HVAC! I recently bought a 60 year old house which had an oil furnace c/w large indoor oil tank, and a decrepit A/C unit. There was also no natural gas line in the house. I shopped around with several contractors and not only was Martino a great value, but they were extremely helpful and professional walking me through the complex process of removing the old oil tank and trenching in a new gas line. The workmanship was also top notch. now into my first winter with the new equipment, I can say it is very quiet and the house feels very comfortable. Kudos to JP and the Martino team!
