    Great Company

    Had a tech come into our home after we bought a resale house to service our furnice. He was so knowledgeable and friendly and was able to answer any questions we had!

    Furnace

    Our home furnace broke down in October, I contact Martino according to the information showing on our old furnace. JP from Martino Contractors sent the technician to find out the problem. based on the information provided by the technician, we chose to buy a new one in stead of replacing the heater exchange and JP quickly provided us fair prices for a new Goodman Furnace. After our approval new furnace was installed with the Ecobee 3 Lite in a few day as we requested and I was so happy our home was back warm. Martino Contractor provided a very efficient service and also help us to get $250 OPA Government rebate. I would like to recommend Martino for anyone who needs HVAC services.

    Furnace

    It was actually information provided over the phone that assisted me in getting my furnace working again They even followed up later to ask if it all went well

    Martino HVAC

    Our Furnace broke down on Sept.28/2016. JP from Martino Contractors arranged Scott for diagnostic troubleshooting. As was uneconomical to repair JP immediately quoted very fair prices for a new Goodman Furnace. After our approval new furnace was installed on October 07/2016 to our fullest satisfaction. Warranty is 10 years with yearly tune ups @ extra cost. JP helped us to get $250 OPA Government rebate. This year tune up was done on October 16/2017. We also took advantage of the special promotion @ $100 extra cost and got the Ecobee 3 Lite with Wifi thermostat with $100 Enbridge credit. We got the best courteous, honest and timely efficient service from Martino Contractors. I would strongly recommend Martino for anyone who needs their services.

    HVAC

    The staff at Martino Hvac are professional , courteous and always willing to help. Kyle , one of their technicians , always services my HVAC equipment and gets it done right all the time, keep up the excellent work!

    Winter furnace cleaning and upgrade furnace with humififier & new thermostat

    On both jobs we had Scott who is very friendly, informative and patient with the services provided. He also takes pride on what he does & always cleans up after the job - you would not know that he was here. We are very happy customers!

    Heating and Air Conditioning

    I have had a service and maintenance contract with MartinoHVAC for over two years for my house air conditioning and heating systems. The quality of their service is excellent, and is reasonably priced. Their service technician is extremely knowledgeable, courteous and always on time for appointments. This fall MartinoHVAC serviced our gas fireplace and as expected did an excellent job. I fully recommend this company

    First Inspection

    About a month, Jeffrey from Martino HVAC has done a good job for maintenance inspection since I got my new house from the builder. First, he checked the furnace to make sure it runs safe and efficiently. Then, he opened the HRV to make sure it is clean. He also went through my house to confirm the temperature is balanced. His service is great. He helped me to register the warranty and suggest different types of humidifier too. I would certainly recommend this company because their technician is so knowledgeable and pay attention to customer needs.

    Furnace repair

    We were hit with a sudden cold spell this October and unluckily our furnace did not turn on this fall. We called Martino and received same day service who diagnosed and fixed the problem in a matter of hours. With two young kids, it was imperative to have our furnace fixed that night. The technician informed us that the part was covered under warranty which was a bonus. Would highly recommend and use Martino again. Thanks!

    Furnace and fire place cleaning

    Was looking to get my gas fireplace cleaned as it had not been done for sometime. They had a promotion if I want to get my furnace and fireplace cleaned which was less then some places quoted for just the fireplace. Tech was friendly, knowledgable and did a good job.
