Thanks to CertaPro for putting the crowning touch on the first improvements to our new home. David and Wendy stayed in touch, patiently awaiting completion of our renovations, and scheduled the painting to coincide. We were so glad to have the professional, pleasant and skilled crew in for just one day to paint three rooms. Very efficient!

Our project was unusual in that we wanted to have a new home painted immediately after taking possession, but before the moving truck arrived to deliver our things, and so the timing for the project was quite tight. David and Wendy were able to coordinate the quote and the work to be carried out within these very tight parameters and were very communicative and supportive throughout the process, despite dealing with frazzled new home owners! The actual prepping and painting was done to a very high standard, the home was clean at the end of each day, and the painting crew was friendly, made helpful suggestions and their work was meticulous. In comparison with other companies we have used in previous homes, we would highly recommend Certa Pro Painters!

We initially hired CertaPro for an exterior paint project. Throughout the job, we were very impressed with the staff's attention to detail, timeliness and follow-up. We were more than pleased with the final result. Several months later, we hired CertaPro a second time for an interior paint project. The crew that came to our home was meticulous and very precise with the painting, and also proud of their trade. At the completion of the clean-up, it appeared as though no one had been there. I have been involved in the painting of my condominium consisting of 14 townhouses for the past 15 years and have found Certapro to be the best company that we have contracted. I've lived in my home for 21 years. It was built 22 years ago. I'm putting it up for sale in the Spring of 2014. It needed a full top to bottom, inside and out paint job. Ceilings, walls, trim, walk in closets with shelves, several wall and ceiling repairs, outside trim...the whole 2000 sq ft house to make it shine! I know the importance of a professional paint job and what it can do! I owned and operated an interior decorating business and also know that you get what you pay for. Many of my clients balked at the price quotes of a professional paint company and chose a lower quote only to come back to me to have their job redone by a professional! There were many horror stories. So, when I chose CertaPro East Ottawa... I knew from the outset that they would do an extraordinary job. The initial consultation took time and the details were all written....it's all about the details. At the end of the 1-1/2 hr. consultation I was handed the details... and the quote. I reviewed it and knew that every single corner was covered. I scheduled the work for a couple of weeks later. I received a prompt confirmation and the painters showed up promptly on time that day and every single day. The first day we reviewed the contract and they started work on time. The painters were highly professional, very courteous, cleaned up every day and contacted me by phone at the end of each day for my feedback. They went above and beyond to move furniture, draperies etc that I was not able to do myself, with a smile. They worked efficiently and their work was truly cutting edge! They completed this large job in a timely manner and my final walk around proved that they did everything absolutely perfectly. No funds were paid until the job was done and I had stamped it with approval. Final follow up by the owners was excellent, ensuring that I had more than enough paint for any touch ups while I continue to live in the house and for the future owners!! We contacted CertaPro to get an estimate for painting both the exterior and interior of our home. David was great to deal with and gave us a very detailed estimate for both jobs. He even priced out different options for us (everything at once vs certain sections at a time). We had the exterior power washed and painted this spring and they did a great job. The painters could have been a little more careful cleaning up and should have used ladders a little more instead of climbing over the balcony but other than that I was happy with their work.

This was our first experience using CertaPro at our condo. We were pleased with the detailed quote (and the price). Communications were excellent. Follow-up was fantastic. The actual work was well done. Thank you to David and Clayton, in particular!

estimator, colour advisor and painters were all very experienced and knowledgeable. Painters were mindful of furniture, painting was great and cleanup was impeccable. Would use this group again for more work in the house.

I live in an older home and need the bathroom re-painted. Contractor scraped the paint from the peeling walls, cleaned off the mould, filled in the uneven surface and then returned a few days later to finish the job. The guy was even kind enough to add some extra caulking around the sink. Very professional, good communicator, and went the extra mile.
