Repeat CertaPro Customer!!!! We used CertaPro to paint our home in Phoenix, AZ two years ago and did not hesitate when relocated to Ottawa to have CertaPro do the interior painting of our home here. David was terrific in explaining the process and in gathering information regarding the scope of work. He was flexible, very timely in responding, and transparent. His painters were absolutely FANTASTIC! They were genuinely interested in the quality of their work; they worked diligently; they worked as professionals; they worked expeditiously (but without cutting corners)! In the end, the work was of high quality and the cost was comparable to other quotes I'd received for the same scope of work. I was not disappointed in David or David's team and will certainly have them back this fall to do the exterior of our home. Bravo CertaPro. Bravo.

We asked a couple of different companies to give us a quote for a paint job for our nursery, and by far, CertaPro was the best in price, quality and response time. I got a call back immediately for time set up for an appointment. Etienne came to our house right on time, and was very friendly, helpful and efficient, and printed out a quote for us right there. The whole thing was done in 20 minutes, and our painting date was set on the day that we wanted, and at the time that we wanted with help from their office manager, Wendy, who was very friendly and awesome to deal with. Our paint job was done by Stephen, and he was amazing! He even painted our closet doors (even though we hadn't asked for it) after my partner told him about our plans to paint them ourselves later on. He did multiple coats on the door and the closet doors as he didn't like the look of them after the first 2 coats. He fixed some of the cracks etc, on the walls that we hadn't asked for as well and cleaned up everything before leaving so well that we didn't have to worry about a thing! He was also very friendly and pleasant. Overall, a great experience, with an awesome bunch of people from start to finish. Next time, I won't bother getting quotes from any one else.

On this project we planned to repaint every room in our home, which was a challenge due to the amount of trim and the need to move furnishings around, etc. The CertaPro crew were great in every respect. They were skilled painters, careful, good-humoured and respectful of furniture and contents. I'd highly recommend this crew to anyone contemplating a large job like this.

Certapro painted the exterior of my townhouse and I found them to be very professional from the first contact, through the quotation process and preforming the actual work. They were very tidy and insured that there was no "mess" left at the end of the day. The actual quality of the work was excellent . I dealt mostly with Etienne and sometimes the on site supervisor and both were excellent.

Quote was competitive and the painters arrived on time as scheduled. An experienced crew who was interested in quality and what the customer had to say. Team was very responsive to our needs. Job ran over quote due to an unforseen problem and Certapro only charged us cost because problem was structural. Thanks!

Gave us a competitive quote, were very responsive to our comments, preferences. In the end, job ran into a cost overrun due to age/condition of the ceiling. Etienne and his group worked through and provided a solution, however, it did end up costing more than quoted due to unforeseen/unplanned issue.

CertaPro gave us an honest, straightforward quote and scheduled a painter to come in very quickly. The painter was on time, friendly and we are pleased with his work. It was great to know that by the time we got home, the painting and clean up would all be done! At the end of the day, the painter let us know that he had run out of one colour and had gone out to buy more and finished the job- it was great to know that we didn't have to worry about buying paint or running out for supplies. It just got done! We are very pleased with the paint job.
