Interior Renovations
This company did a major reconstruction on the bedroom wing of my bungalow. There were two new bathrooms and two bedrooms involved in this project as well as a new bathroom built in the basement. The crew was professional and easy to work with; and cleaned up thoroughly before they left each day. Good thoughts and supervision by Chris. I subsequently had the laundry room and basement stairway updated by Remodel Construction........

Designing and building a 3 piece bathroom from a hallway!
We live in a very small house in Toronto. The house had a long hallway which was unnecessary as you could access different rooms of the house through the sitting room and dining room. We decided to turn the hallway into a much needed second bathroom. We solicited 3 quotes for this work and Remodel Construction came in the middle. We also chose them because they came up with the most innovative and practical design, and because they did not balk at us saying that we wanted to keep in contact with them throughout the project. Their work was of the highest quality, especially the daily clean up which made toh four weeks of upheaval easier to manage. Chris phoned us either daily or every other day and kept us informed regarding who was coming in next and what day they were coming. They were only one day off their projected date of completition. They came in approximately $3,000 over budget BUT, Chris warned us early on, and gave us the reason why we would have to pay more. I also remember now, we asked for some more lighting which made a difference. Remodel Construction are totally trustworthy, complete work of the highest quality, listened to us, and were always friendly to deal with. I feel very confident in recommending them for any size job.

Extensive remodeling inside and outside the house
Having used Remodel Construction Company for more than 10 years. I have been very satisfied with their overall work. They have redone my flooring (hardwood), painted various rooms in the house. Built a Sunroom, without which I would not want to live (also serves as indoor passage from garage to house). Remodeled my bathroom, which looks wonderful. Remodeled part of my basement such as bathroom/shower, laundry room hallway and Den. And last but not least the landscaping in my backyard. Retaining walls and interlock terrace. Overall the work done has been more than satisfactory and I also appreciate the after service. There are few companies that can be called at short notice to change or repair something. I also appreciated the ability to discuss a project and weigh my ideas against suggestions from the Remodel Company. Their input and suggestions have been extremely valuable to take the final decision on a remodeling plan. No hesitation whatsoever to recommend Remodel Construction Company to anyone undergoing renovations or rebuilding, in fact I recommend them very highly. They are on the job and get things done without having to worry that money is collected and no one shows up. They are honest and the rates are justified for the work they do. I wish them all the best and again highly recommend them without hesitation.

The one that I liked the most was the sunroom you had us build at the back of your garage. The purpose of the sunroom was to provide a passage for you from the garage to your hose when you returned home from work so that you did not have to experience the elements of the outside. Your sunroom also serves as a great place for you plants as you a person with a natural green thumb. Your back yard looks amazing after all the landscaping was completed. Bathroom renovation
Completely satisfied. Every morning the crew stretched the tarp to protect the floor, and every evening they cleaned up and took away all the garbage. There was never a garbage bin in front of the house, just a pickup truck. All contractors who were involved in renovation came on time and were polite and easy to get along with. The work was performed on schedule, and close to the price estimate. Memorable moments: The first day the plumber stayed overtime so he can complete the job. He had a "spare sandwich" for such occasions, but we still shared dinner instead; Tiling guy took a few hours just to determine how to tile the space so breaks don't look funny. Now every time I step into the shower I'm trying to find oddly cut piece. There is none (yeah, anybody can tile the bathroom, but would you ever think of that?); After the work was completed we had minor issues, and every time I called or e-mailed I would get a call back in couple hours, even on weekends. They even visited a few times to investigate and fix (turns out silicon didn't stick to the bathtub). Note their quote wasn't the lowest, but we saw their work at friend's house and decided right there. I would do it again without hesitation.

wall unit, hardwood floors
Chris and Remodel Construction have done a few jobs at my home. I am always happy with their completed work and they are always professional. I would reccommend them to anyone. Their prices are reasonable for high quality work and they are very neat and tidy workers.

Back yard patio roof
We extended our living space by adding a roof structure over the backyard patio. Chris and his crew were always punctual on their arrival and upon departure they cleaned up very well. Attention to detail was a priority from the planning stages to the finished project. Example: the tongue and groove cedar on the roof ceiling looks amazing as well as the cedar posts. We were kept informed on progress all the way through and Chris even followed up after the project was completed.

kitchen & 2 bathrooms
very satisfied with workmanship and promptness . remodel co-ordinated all trades involved and as we live in a condo this was no easy task ,all garbage as in old cabinets counter tops etc. removed with out any problems from condo management.

General renovations
We've had Chris and his team do a number of projects around our house and they are fantastic. They do incredible work, they deliver on time, can work within your budget and are trustworthy. I would highly recommend them for any project!
