    Gas Line for Pool Heater

    Jeremy was great to deal with for our new gas line installation and hookup to our pool heater. He was always there when he said he would be and did a fantastic job. I would recommend him to others for his great service.

    Gas Line Connector

    Jeremy responded immediately after I contacted him to have the connector from my already existing gas line to my new BBQ setup. He was very friendly, efficient and did the job the next day, which was a Saturday. Would definitely do business with him again. Highly recommended!

    Fireplace Servicing

    We were having problems with igniting our gas fireplace. It had been 10 yrs since it had been serviced. When Jeremy arrived he explained the likely cause and started working immediately. A thorough cleaning and one small replacement part and we were back in business. A completely professional service call. I would highly recommend this company.

    fireplace service

    We purchased a house that had an older valor fireplace which obviously had not worked for many years. Jeremy first checked the model to ensure he could get parts (which would save a service call charge) then he cleaned it and had it working in one short service call. We were very happy with his service and would recommmend him.

    Valor Portrait Fireplace

    Jeremy had installed this fireplace a several years ago. For some reason the pilot light had gone out and using the remote to restart it wasn't working. I booked an appointment with Jeremy (Natural Gas Techs) and he dropped me a note suggesting I try changing the batteries. I didn't think that would work as I could see sparks near the pilot and hear and see the gas valve open and close when I used the remote but I did as he suggested. All of a sudden things were working again. Saved me an appointment and got me up and running again just when things got cold.

    Repair of fireplace

    thanks to Jeremy for service on short notice. He went about his work Professionally. We were especially pleased with care and cleanliness that he approached the job with. He obviously takes rest pride in his work.

    Gas Fireplace Purchase Install

    This is our second time calling and purchasing a product from The Fireplace Doctor. We have had other company's come and provide us with a quote and service, but none compared to the service we have received from The Fireplace Doctor! Quality, Courteous & Durability. My inlaws have purchased a gas Insert and recommended us to Jeremy and we are glad. If we were to purchase or need service we are calling The Fireplace Doctor for sure!

    Gas fireplace servicing

    Jeremy fixed a broken fireplace and serviced two others. He returned my call quickly and showed up when promised. The cost was very reasonable, made clear in advance, and his expertise showed. He was happy to provide me with an education on how these devices work, which was invaluable. Great service, great price, would recommend to anyone and will definitely call him again when needed.

    Fireplace Maintenance

    Jeremy was straight up, professional, great to deal with and my invoice was more than reasonable. Even better, my gas fireplace looks and works like new. I'd highly recommend this company to anyone!

    Fireplace

    After our technician told us there was a part on our fireplace that was discontinued and we needed a new fireplace, we thought we would get another opinion and called Jeremy Graat. Jeremy took the time to go outside and look at the vent of the fireplace which is where he found the problem. Not only was he very professional, but he was also very knowledgeable and very thorough in his explanation of what the problem was and how he was going to fix it Jeremy took great care in not making a mess or leaving any debris in the room. I would highly recommend Jeremy to anyone with a fireplace problem.
