    Fireplace service

    Fantastic service at an affordable price. Jeremy's advice and post service followup were excellent. We highly recommend Jeremy and his company to do things right the first time. Jeremy knows his trade and we were delighted !

    Fireplaace repair

    Recently had occasion to have my fireplace repaired but as it turned out it was little more than maintenance. The repairman was courteous on the phone and I am very pleased with this service

    Thanks Sandra! Your fireplace repair is fairly common for for a unit that is 15-20 years old. The pilot flame was burning dirty (yellow like a candle) so the thermopile wasn't getting hot enough to generate the required millivolts. I used my volt meter to verify the proper millivolt increase to 500mv after cleaning. Now you can see the pilot is blue/orange and more like a torch than a candle. My volt meter also revealed the wall switch had excessive wear and high ohms resistance. I have a selection of wall switches in the van and matched the proper replacement switch for 2 dollars. Overall the repair was straightforward and shows how the volt meter is the most important tool! Let me know if you need any assistance in the future. Best regards, Jeremy

    Fireplace repair

    My fireplace flame was continuously going on and off. It had been doing it for a long time. I tried calling 2 different companies to try and get a repair, but they said they didn't think it could be repaired and wouldn't come out. Jeremy came within a few days of my call and came on time. He was pleasant and professional and fixed the problem and cleaned the fireplace. No complaints!

I hear the same story day in and day out...a reputable company has said the fireplace can't be fixed and they gave me a $4000 quote for a new fireplace. It is important to remember that the big fireplace shops have very high overhead and rely on new fireplace sales to cover the costs. I started my career with the big shops and learned that they consider service as a nuisance and distraction. So I started my business as a repair based business with very low overhead, allowing me to make a living off $100-200 service calls.     Gas Fireplace Repair

    Jeremy was very professional and efficient. He assessed & repaired the problem with my gas fireplace quickly and at a very reasonable price. As soon as he saw my older fireplace he told me he knew that unit which immediately gave me confidence in his experience. I have & would again, recommend Jeremy at Natural Gas Technicians to anyone requiring service to their gas appliances.

Yours however, had some uniquely bad wiring connections from the installer. Another classic example of the importance of the volt meter and ohms testing!     Gas Line Installation

    Jeremy did a great job installing my gas line. The price was very reasonable for the amount of work that the install entailed. I would recommend him for his quality workmanship and honesty. Jeremy came back to me, with a quote, the next day after surveying the job. He also shows up on time and takes the time to do the job right.

    Numerous gas connection/installation projects

    I have done various home renovation projects in London Ontario and when I need a Gas Technician I call ,Natural Gas Technicians Inc. Jeremy has always performed his job with the utmost safety and quality in mind. Every job completed was clean and finished on time with the most reasonable prices in the market. Any jobs in future I will always call Jeremy, and would recommend him for any project others might have too.

    Furnace repair

    Jeremy repaired our furnace this January after coming back from Christmas break. I called him on a Sunday and he was there promptly Monday morning. He is very reliable and trust worthy. He does excellent work at a very fair price. He also installed our gas dryer when we first moved in.

    New Gas Line for Stove

    I would definitely recommend Jeremy to anyone. He was great to deal with. He was on time and very professional hooking up our new gas line. Would recommend him to anyone.

    Gas Line Installation

    Jeremy's personable demeanour, willingness and ability to clearly explain what was required for the job, fairness, and expedient but quality work were highly evident during the gas line installation for our dryer. Having just recently moved into our home, we were also hoping to ask Jeremy to take a quick look at our gas BBQ. Well, we didn't even have to ask--Jeremy took the extra time to ensure everything was hooked-up appropriately and he also offered some helpful safety tips. Both appliances were put to good use shortly after Jeremy left and have been working perfectly ever since. Kudos all around, Jeremy! We look forward to communicating and working with you again in the future.

    Gas Fireplace repair

    Thank you Jeremy for being the first honest and totally professional person I was able to contact in this specialized field. 3 other companies contacted said repairs were not an option, that the entire unit needed to be replaced at a cost of $2775 to a quote of $3500. You took the challenge by stating you could fix the problem and save me money. You excelled at what you did and saved me between $1300 and $2100. I would highly recommend you exceptional and professional service. It was comforting to meet an honest man who didn't try to get as much as he could from a customer. Your desire to provide customer service first is greatly appreciated. If you ever have a potential customer who wants to talk to someone about their experience with your company please have them call me. Thanks again
