    Bathroom

    Plumbing-Extremely Old Faucet Replacement

    It was a pleasure dealing with everyone at Preferred Plumbing - from the initial telephone discussion, to speaking with Sandra on a follow-up call, and to dealing with Daniel at the house. Great customer service, that was exactly as promised. After reviewing what needed to be done, Daniel gave me a number of work and pricing options - from 'bandaid' to 'platinum' - and there was no pressure at all to go above the option I selected. I'm very pleased with the new faucet. Thank you.

    Stabilize a toilet

    Daniel of Preferred Plumbing provided excellent customer service. He explained fully what the cost and details of repair were before he started the work. He was honest and worked quickly and efficiently!

    Basement washroom

    We called up Preferred Plumbing and they were available to help us right away. The technician was thorough and honest as to what needed to be done and what could wait. I would highly recommend everyone to give them a call for their plumbing needs.

    Toilet repair

    Water in the toilet bowl was low. No parts were required. Fix took less than 15 minutes. Was told this is a “bandaid” repair with no warranty. Price seems excessive.

Only once you chose a service option and instructed the Technician to proceed with the work, did he do so. In the future however, we would strongly suggest that if you feel our pricing doesn't work for you, not to instruct the Technician to proceed with the repairs. Thank you agues for your business.

    Toilet unclogging

    As soon as I called, they rushed over after hours snaked my toilet clear, not only did they fix my toilet but they also CLEANED UP AFTERWARDS disinfected everything ! Incredibly helpful and thorough

    Washroom faucet and drain replacement

    Needed faucet replacement , work was done efficiently and cleanly with the cost explained . Definitely would recommend and use again in the future.

    Fast, given choices to meet needs and budget. Explained everything that would be done and options on how to solve the problem. Will be calling them again.

    Kitchen Faucet and drain leak

    I called later in the day and was given an appointment for the next day. They called (twice) to check to see if I was okay and had everything under control until they could make it out there the next day. Daniel showed up on time and gave me several options to repair the issue. I was pressed for time as we were in the process of showing the house for sale - Daniel did a very thorough job and was finished in the time he said he would be. Clean up was great and problem was solved with a great warranty as well.
