We are very happy that we were able to arrive at your house (in Whitchurch Stouffville) with-in 1.5 hours of the call . We sent a highly trained service Technician, who was prepared to handle the job right then and there. You were well aware of the $49 +hst service fee to have one of our Technicians come out. You were also well aware of the fact that we would provide upfront pricing for the services and if you CHOOSE to proceed with the work, the service fee is waived. We are not authorized to proceed with ANYTHING unless the customer has given us the 'go ahead'. You chose to proceed!
Pricing: Like in any business, our pricing is a function of all of our overhead and expenses needed to run/operate a quality service company. It is not cheap to find, hire, train and maintain high quality service Technicians.
There is a cost in being able to respond quickly to a customers needs and have all the knowledge, experience and inventory readily available to do the job RIGHT the first time.
It also costs money to be able to provide you with a ONE YEAR FULL WARRANTY on the services provided. (There is a value to that).
We price our services accordingly. We have developed fair pricing for specific services that we provide.
**In the future, I would strongly recommend that once pricing has been communicated to you, if you do not agree with the price, simply say so and we would not be having this correspondence.
