Daniel and Ron were very friendly and competent. They quickly accessed my Plumbing issue and thoroughly explained my options. Daniel said that he could not see through walls and therefore was not sure where the leak was in the pipes. But rather than going straight to the expensive option of breaking walls to find the leakage, they simply changed the shower head which has successfully stopped the leakage from the upstairs bathroom, through the walls and on to my kitchen floor, thereby saving me from huge financial grief. I called Raphie at Preferred Plumbing to do a new install. The quote came in immediately and the work was arranged and installed in a very timely fashion. We were very impressed with their work ethic and expertise.

Just had my 2 old toilets removed and 2 new Toto toilets installed by Preferred Plumbing Solutions. It's been the best experience with trades that I've ever had. They arrived on time, were organized, very polite and tidy, quiet and unobtrusive, informative, and clean. They cleaned up after themselves and left my home clean without any sign of a plumber having been there, except for my 2 beautiful toilets newly installed. Very professional. I highly recommend Preferred Plumbing for anything plumbing needs.

Raffy and his team are true professional. Responsive to calls/emails. Quick and accurate diagnosis and provide multiple alternatives to choose from with pros and cons. Work was done in a professional manner and they cleaned up after work completed. There was a small issue noticed after the work was done and they left the site but they quickly made arrangement to rectify the problems. Extremely happy with the service and will not hesitate to recommend them to others needing plumbing services, big or small.

Raphie and his team have been unbelievable to work with! Always on time, professional, and above all else honest! I had a faulty diverter in my shower which had started to cause a small leak issue. Raphie not only identified the issue, but also took the honest approach of having me confirm whether the parts were under warranty (which they were) and instead of charging me for the parts, came back to install the new parts at what amounted to a significantly reduced price for me. When the new part proved to also have an issue, he was able to troubleshoot and cover the additional repair as part of the warranty. I would highly recommend Raphie and Preferred Plumbing to anyone, and hope that the next time I have him in, it's for renovations instead of taking care of a faulty piece of equipment!

We returned from vacation to find that we had no water service in our home. Preferred Plumbing has done work in our house before, and we called Raphie late on a Saturday night. He was here until after midnight. He worked tirelessly and quickly found the burst pipe. Raphie also discovered that the reason for the pipe burst was insufficient insulation surrounding the pipe, and also determined that the shutoff valve to our outside faucet had been drywalled over. Without this information, we risked having this problem again. Raphie not only got our water running again, he also recommended a restoration company to clean and ensure that the area was mould-free and insulated properly to prevent this issue from recurring. He came back to re-inspect the pipe once the first phase of the restoration work was complete and relocated the shutoff valve to a more accessible place. Raphie also followed up the next day to ensure that all was well. Raphie is knowledgeable, trustworthy, and explains everything very clearly. He is an excellent plumber and he helped us immensely. He and his workers have always left our workspace clean and in great working order. Thank you, Raphie!

They came when we asked...were on time and professional. They worked as quickly and efficiently as possible, discussing any unforeseen costs as we went along. Final costs were all expected. Once it was all completed, the space was left spotlessly clean! Highly recommend.
