Fixing back up problem. Preferred plumbing solutions, fixed a problem that others have not been able to fix. He resolved a big issue within three hours. Excellent service along with an excellent personality.

Raphie is awesome to work with. It's not too often that you meet someone that is not only willing to quote you on the job but is also willing to spend the time to educate and make recommendations. The other thing that I enjoy about Raphie is that prepared a very clear scope of work and uses technology to easily facilitate the booking and scheduling process. We had other plumbers come and quote but Raphie immediately stood out from the rest. My wife and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Came to look at a backup and advised about fixing it. They also replaced a shower head that had been leaking for some time. They are always very pleasant to deal with and knowledgeable.

Found where the leak in the shower was coming from. Made sure there was no other leaks. Very friendly and professional workers. Explained the problem and all the different solutions.
