    Bathroom repairs

    Expensive but difficult repairs , done in a prompt / efficient manner. Approx ten hours spent to correct four independent leaks from second storey bathroom. Good consultation of the project throughout. Have used their services multiple times.

    Kitchen Drain Replacement

    Preferred Plumbing came to fix a badly clogged, old kitchen drain and replaced it for us with modern, clean and efficient new pipes. They also installed a flow-tech system and fixed a leaky laundry room sink. Their staff was exceptionally communicative, professional, and skilled.

    BATHROOM LEAK

    The team was both courteous and professional. They came in assessed the problem gave different options in order to address the problem andfix it in order to save costs. Was as always pleased with their service

    Plumbing Repair

    Excellent service, prompt and professional. Clear options offered with a written estimate. A number of large and small plumbing problems in my house were professionally repaired. Toilets, faucets and drains replaced. A serious kitchen sink blockage repaired and proper drains installed. Spotless clean up after completion. A post-work review inspection was conducted prior to payment. I am happy to recommend Preferred Plumbing.

    Basement piping disaster

    We had our main floor powder room renovated and we didn’t do our due diligence to ensure it was to code. It wasn’t at all and the results were a pretzel of plumbing pipes that lead to a blocked sink and temperamental toilet. Raphie swooped in an cleaned it all up. He also pointed out a variety of small leaks and leaks-to-be because of calcium buildup and corrosion. He fixed all of the too. All the guys at Preferred Plumbing are friendly and personable. The job was done well and the post job clean up was a very pleasant surprise! Raphi takes a lot of pride in his work to ensure it’s done really well. I know my house is in good hands and that is a big relief! I would highly recommend him to anyone.

    Sump Pump Repair

    Once again Raffie and his team at Preferred Plumbing Solutions have provided us with excellent service. Our sump pump was repaired in a timely and efficient manner. I subsequently had a suggestion for Raffie and he returned to implement at no cost to me. I recommend this company highly.

    Downstairs Bathroom and kitchen pipe work

    Fix the Downstairs Bathroom drain, snake pipe, remove wood chips. In addition to work on downstairs kitchen.

    Super in every way

    From making the appointment to end of installation, Preferred Plumbing deserves it's name for us. Raphie and his staff are personable, competent and make the effort to please.     Excellent work

    Working with PPS was one of the best customer experiences I’ve had. On time, courteous, expert advice, quick and an excellent outcome. Raphi and Mario were excellent to work with and I would highly recommend.

    Basement faucets

    The service and work were excellent the technicians were knowledgeable and very thorough Very clean and COVID appropriate I do however think they charged premium prices
