    Preferred Plumbing is the best in the business and always go the distance! Raphie and his team provide the utmost in customer service, with outstanding, professional and prompt service. They get it right the first time and I highly recommend!

    Find leakage

    Did not find any leaks but fixed some old faucets and pipe and installed Flow-Tech. Good job but very pricey.

    Preferred Plumbing is the way to go!

    Preferred Plumbing to the rescue! Anytime you have a plumbing problem, don’t think twice, just call Preferred Plumbing. They are the best! Super professional! Always punctual! Their staff are amazing in every way. Trustworthy and reliable. Highly recommend!

    Plumbing

    Very professional, very clear about what their findings were and what our options were. Provided information verbally and in writing. The work was very well done. The area was left clean and tidy. Made themselves available for follow up questions. Courteous and considerate.

    Where's the leak?

    Had water coming from the ceiling. This should not be happening. Call Preferred (they have done work for a neighbour). They arrived in about 2 hours after my call. While we could not find the leak (I later determined that was from improper use the shower!), they did point out some potential future problems (the stuff (for lack of a more explicit word) and the amount) in the kitchen drain was disgusting). The were professional and left my shower clean.

    Excellent and communicative

    Excellent support and through detailing of the work ahead of moving forward. Was conscientious and professional in his interaction with the customer. Work was completed in time, and thoroughly analyzed

    Water Heater Install

    I appreciate the work Preferred Plumbing did, keeping me posted with updates throughout the project as well as highlighting other plumbing issues that required correction from the original house install. Work was done to my satisfaction, reviewed the final install and they also cleaned up afterwards.

    Satisfied client

    Had a leak problem. Preferred guys came in and showed me options and fixed it the next day in under an hour. Very professional and efficient. Even put a blanket over my floor so they don’t leave shoe prints -not that my floor was clean anyway lol!

    Renovation Assistance

    Installing new vanity in ensuite washroom. Found pex supply line had a nic. Raphie suggested replacing both lines with new shutoff valves. Found exposed bathtub drain behind old vanity right where the leg of new vanity goes. Options were to cut off the back leg or reroute the drain. Rerouting was done and new vanity fit perfectly. Site was clean and tidy when the guys left. I have dealt with Preferred Plumbing several times in the past and will definitely use and recommend them in the future.
