    Alarm security with cameras

    Dolby is by far the most professional and efficient technician for JTL security. I would recommend him if you are installing JTL security alarms or if You are looking For an alarm system.

    SECURITY SYSTEM

    We found JTL on Homestars as well as a referral from our friends after they have installed with JTL. The technician/installer (Dolby) was very helpful and gave us various options but was never pushy. He ensured that all systems were working and gave us tips on how to take care of things. They sound like a great team as well. Would recommend to friends and new home owners! Thank you for helping us out with such a short time frame, Dolby and JTL!

    Home Security

    Excellent customer service right from the front line staff, the salesperson, and the technician/installer. I never felt pressured at any step in the project. I was comfortable in discussing my security needs and how I wanted the project done. JTL being a member of the BBB had me narrow my search down as I only deal with companies that are members. The salesperson was knowledgeable in the products and what to expect in doing the project. I was given a lot of options and the costs were broken down so I could understand them. I was quite shocked at how affordable the cost of the project was going to be. I had looked at this type of project before and it was too expensive and the technology was lacking. I am glad I found this company as they have products that are way better in technology then I thought possible. The technician/installer was professional and I was given options and ask my opinion numerous times on aspects of the project. Too many times I have had previous installers go ahead with what they wanted to do. Not the case here. The person listened to my questions, concerns, and opinions step by step during the project. There were no surprises. I highly recommend this company. I now have peace of mind and less stress knowing that my family, home, yard, and vehicles are being protected. Plus, the bonus is having more confidence in dealing with my insurance company if the need arises.

    home security

    Great service and products. Technician was very helpful. I would recommend JTL to everyone. i checked out other companies for home security but they did not compare. They did not have the info that this company provided.

    Alarm Company

    Have been with company for just over one year. Called for them to check alarm system and sensor. They came on time. Replaced the sensor with no hassle.. Answered all questions and was very polite. Would recommend this company as they take care of you after installation. Any problems, questions or concerns. they are there to help !!

    Alarm system

    After looking at alarm monitoring companies for a year a friend of ours told us about the wonderful experience she had with JTL. And they exceeded my expectations!! Easy to deal with, considerate, and reasonably priced. They came right away and had it done in a morning. They gave us a great deal and worked with our current system. They were wonderful! Thank you so much!

    alarm system

    JTL was excellent to deal with. I received wonderful customer service and they quickly responded to what I needed. The installer came as promised and really listened to my needs. He was not pushy or try to upsell me on anything additional to what we had already discussed. He also followed up the next week to make sure I was happy with the system and let me know I could call anytime I had questions. I have already recommended JTL Alarm and Surveillance to a number of my friends.

    Home alarm

    Really happy with the service and knowledge of the technician at JTL. Looked into a different company who provided horrible customer service. JTL never tried to push unnecessary products. Recommended to friends.

    Installation of Alarm in New House

    We took our time to select an alarm company and met with a number of different alarm companies. We were most impressed with JTL. They were extremely knowledgeble and honest and did not pressure us in any way. The installation was seamless and they took great care with our home. Their service is outstanding. We would not hesitate to recommend JTL to our friends and family.

    Wireless Security System

    We contacted JTL based on the reviews here on Homestars and were not disappointed. The very same day that we called Dolby (the technician) contacted us to set up an appointment for an in-home consultation. We wanted a quick turnaround and he was able to accomodate us without any issues. When it came time for our in-home consultation, he showed up on time and took a quick look around to make sure the options and packages presented would meet our needs. He was very knowledgeable and provided a variety of options to consider at different price points. Installation was scheduled around our availability with no issues and was up and running quickly. Each sensor was tested, as well as the feedback to the call center. A quick tutorial on how to use the system was also provided. Since the installation, we have received follow-ups to make sure that we are happy with everything and to ask if there is anything else he can do to make our experience better. Throughout the process, it was a pleasure to deal with Dolby as he was very friendly and genuinely cared about our needs. Thanks Dolby!
