I was very happy with the customer service of setting up an existing system for me and explaining how it works. The price was also very good compared to other qoutes I got.

The house we bought had an existing high end Honeywell hard wired system that was installed when the house was built. The previous homeowner had ADT do the install and monitor for about 5 years. Despite there being no equipment needed or cost to ADT they insisted on a 3 year NO CANCEL contract and told me I wouldn't find anyone else who wouldn't be the same. They were as usual wrong. Based on the ratings on here I contacted some other choices, including JTL. Dolby was here to consult the same day I called him, I had waited over a week for the ADT rep, and Dolby was a pleasure to deal with. He easily provided quality recommendations for some additional sensors to provide enhanced coverage, that did not add any costs to the monitoring fee, and was easily able to fully test the existing system, add the new sensors and fire up the system. I have had many other service providers in a wide variety of locations over the years and all were national chains. Invariably they delivered mediocre service and relatively slow responses to alarms. This is my first dealings with a local supplier with a local monitoring station. We shall see if the on going service is as outstanding as the initial contacts and set up were, but I am betting they will be.

We had JTL Alarms install all of the wiring while our house was being built and then after occupancy they came back to finish installing our alarm system components and also a few cameras on the exterior of our home. The technician from JTL was very knowledgeable and did a thorough installation. He cleaned up his work space after installation and nothing was damaged in the process. This was important us with just having moved into our new home. He was also punctual and explained the systems to us so that we felt confident using it ourselves. I would recommend JTL Alarms to anyone looking to install a system in their homes.

JTL Alarm was very knowledgable with their products and ensured all required areas in the house was covered. Excellent service and support from JTL Alarm and Surveillance. I would recommend this company for both commercial and residential services as they have done an excellent job and provided excellent support. I switched from a different company and would not look back, this is the company I plan on staying with for all my security needs.

In late 2013, I wanted to install a home security system as I was building a home at that time. I did my research and JTL Alarm & Surveillance was the only one I wanted to pursue. Although this company has been rated 10, but it was more because of the reviews that caught my eye. They seem to genuinely care for their clients rather than for financial reasons. I called JTL and left my number for call back and within an hour I received a call from one of their technicians (unexpected surprise!). He educated me about the system for my own knowledge, so I am aware of how the alarm works and the difference between certain things. He also suggested contact him when my home was complete (as I was not allowed to have a external security installer aside from the builders). 4 months later, I have taken possession of my new home and I was amazed that the same technician remembered who I was. This made me feel they try to get to know their clients as people too. As promised, he arrived Jan 2 to assess my home, suggested what he can do and he never rushed the process. His assurance made me feel comfortable with the package he offered and how it would fit my lifestyle now and into the future. Once I felt confident in my decision, we set up an installation date for Jan. 11, 2015. He was always punctual (unless it was due to weather or an installation took longer than expected with the previous client). He was informative as he installed each component and took the time to answer questions. He never rushed and ensured that everything was done right. His craftsmanship is amazing and was always careful not to damage anything, even the wall. With his patience and kindness, he was enjoyable to have during that time. At the end of the day, I was confident that I made the right decision and I never looked back since. I appreciate all that this technician has done for me and I feel very secure in my home now. Overall, my experience was amazing and I would definitely recommend JTL to those who want to feel a sense of security whether it be in their home or business. I feel that when they do business, they are not only looking out for your well being for also for your future. I feel very well taken cared of and it all began with this technician. I am grateful for him and his company to provide such a great service, as well as respecting their clients. It's nice to feel that security but also know you are cared for when you need them (times of good and bad). I couldn't ask for more and I will definitely want to grow with them as well. Before I decided to use JTL, I did some research first by searching reviews from a few alarm company. And Finally I decided that I will call JTL. I call on the last week of Dec, tech call me back and came to my house on Jan 2 and we discussed what I want to be done. Everything went smoothly. The technician is very capable and friendly and we set up a day to get my alarm system install which is a week from the day we met. Everything done they way I want to be. I am very happy I made the right choice. Very happy with the price I pay as well. I am quite satisfy with the monthly monitoring fee that I pay as well, lower and very reasonable. Thanks to JTL that has a very capable technician. I made the right choice.

I have done my research and had run into nothing but poor service and scheduling with other companies and contractors. JTL contacted me within hours and diligently worked around my schedule to install a security system in our new home. The technician was very knowledgeable and made the best recommendation from our need and our home. One of the door sensors malfunctioned within a week and he came after hours to replace it and install a new one. For the price...service and options I have already and will continue to recommend JTL to my friends and family.

Very impressed with JTL right from the start - their representative came to my home the same day I called their office. When he arrived, we discussed my requirements and he gave me his recommendations. I received a quote the next day which I deemed as very reasonable. The work was completed quickly and was done well. I have recommended JTL to three other friends and will continue recommend.

I called JTL to inspect and advise me on the alarm system that was installed in my home by previous owners. They were extremely fast at getting back to me and setting up an appointment. The technician who came out was very knowledgable and ran through my options in a straight forward manner, presenting a good range of choices and price points. He was extremely helpful during the install and explained what he was doing and why. Everything was tested thoroughly and double checked until he and I were both satisfied.
