    Excellent Service

    We switched from a another security company to JTL about one year ago and they have been excellent to deal with! I did a lot of research before choosing a new company as we had many problems with the previous one. JTL came highly recommended and I see why. Their equipment has worked far better for us than the previous system we had (from a well known security company) and Dolby is knowledgeable, responsive and quick to answer any questions I have. Thank you for the peace of mind and great service JTL!

    Best Alarm Company in Edmonton

    I would like to thank JTL for both their service and installation. They were very professional and did a great job explaining my security needs. I went out to bid to 12 companies (3 American, 4 Canadian, 5 local) and did an apples to apples comparison (same # of equipment, length of service, cost of service and equipment, BBB review, Homestar review) and JTL came out as the best price overall and offered the best overall service. Thank you for a great job and we are very happy with our alarm system. I would recommend JTL to anyone who needs home security.

    new home security system

    We had a friend recommend JTL. After extensive research, JTL is definitely reputable and well reviewed. Right from the initial email to assessment by Dolby and consequent installation by Dave, their attention to detail is unsurpassed and very polite. The technician was on time and was communicative throughout the installation process. We feel very confident with choosing JTL Security.

    Magic Space

    I asked to have installed at our indoor playground an security system because I knew is going to be excellent service. I have been working with JTL for many years because we have installed the same system at Turner's Machine a company where I work for 14 years. Good job JTL. Regards, Chuck

    Alarm system install and monitoring

    Fabulous service from start to finish. Best price, good product. This was the only company we could find that offered a no contract plan. Dolby came to give us a quote in-person, which he stuck to. His installer was on time, quick, friendly and professional. The monitoring has been fine so far and dolby is quick to assist with tweaks to the system.

    Home alarm system

    Installation service excellent with required information for operation of system provided accurately. Follow up adjustments made within hours. Monitoring system response professional and with precision. We have had the system for 2 weeks are using it comfortably. We have peace of mind that our property is secure when we are away.     Alarm installation

    I would like to Commend Dave, the installer that did our home alarm system. Very professional, courteous, & accommodating. We would highly recommend JTL, and of course, Dave in the future.

    Home Security Installation and Service

    When the time came to pick a security company, I had five companies come to my house. I ultimately picked JTL even though I had not heard of them. Why? Four reasons (1) I received prompt, thorough written answers to all of my questions throughout the selection process, (2) overall costs (equipment + monitoring) were competitive, (3) they are locally based and allowed me to choose a local monitoring company, and (4) they provided flexibility in payment methods. It has now been one year since the install and I am very happy with JTL. There have been two issues with the equipment – one was a faulty wireless motion sensor and the other was a graphics issue on the control pad. Both times, my communication was responded to within an hour and both times they came out to fix the issue the same day. While having the equipment issues is an inconvenience, with today's technology it’s not overly surprising. But it’s in how a company responds to issues that becomes the true indicator of how highly it’s regarded, and JTL has done an outstanding job to date. I hope they continue their superior, highly personal service as they grow. And I’m sure you’ll be seeing more of their signs in your local neighborhood as word starts to spread.

    Home Automation Alarm Systems

    I am a finicky person and it takes a lot to impress me. Most companies I had dealt with are at best in the 7/10 scale. JTL is in a league of its own. Dolby comes across as very professional, knowledgeable and sincere(I know because I conduct my research very thoroughly) individual. He only recommends what's sufficient for your requirements but also ensures his proposal is scalable for any future upgrades. Dolby is very prompt and his punctuality is top notch. His team of technicians are just as great. They even drew praises from my builder for their superb work ethics and professionalism. Dolby and his techs provided a thorough walk-through of the system function and features, ensuring that you fully understand how the system work. I am very pleased with the ease of use of the alarm system, the superb HD resolution of the IR dome cameras. The Android app for the cameras works flawlessly too! Highly recommended! Go for JTL, don't settle for second best! Cheers!

    Security System Design, Installation and Training

    We consulted the professionals at JTL for our new home security system and found them to be very helpful. They answered our questions, assessed our property and location needs, and made helpful suggestions without trying to "upsell" any extras. JTL then installed the system promptly and efficiently, and also made sure that we could all operate the new system. The JTL Team was very respectful of our property, and were very careful and efficient when working. We were very pleased with the experience and the service. Congratulations to Dolby and his Team, for maintaining very high standards for customer service and for professionalism!
