    Furnace Replacement

    I think the fact that Nate has 28 reviews with an average score of 10 says it all. His very knowledgeable and willing to sit down and explains everything with you. His crew worked quick, efficiently and with quality. Ask him to show you some of his project pictures. I'm pretty sure there aren't many companies willing to pull out that type of "evidence of quality". I'm probably the pickiest person out there and I'm happy we choice Nate not only for the install but for the maintenance as-well.

    Furnace and water heater install

    Nate provided a fair quote. He was not the cheapest but he provided the most comprehensive review, demonstrated the most expertise and was certainly the most enthusiastic. During installation there was a structural issue that caused him to change to a more expensive water heater (at his cost). This type of integrity is sadly lacking in too many businesses today. Nate stood behind his quote because he gave me his word! In the end the work was done to the highest standards, with the best available supplies and equipment. He and his crew were always punctual, courteous and neat. The clean up afterwards was nicely done. The final walk through with Nate was informative and helpful. I fully expect that his company will provide the same level of service if I ever have trouble with the new furnace. Use this company with confidence.

    Installation of a/c unit

    I love my new air conditioner!! With the hot weather this summer, my kids and I were able to sleep a lot better. The guys from Distinct Heating & Cooling were recommended to me by my father and they lived up to his positive comments. They were on time, very professional and very informative on how to work the a/c. They even dealt with a hornets nest that I didn't know that I had. I would definitely recommend them to others.

    Furnace not working

    All of a sudden our furnace stopped working! I remember hearing about Distinct via a friend on facebook that had used this company. Nate was able to come out right away and the price was extremely affordable. Thank you!

    Installation of furnace and a/c Unit

    We were very pleased with the overall process that Distinct Heating and Cooling offered, from the discussion around decsion making process to replace the exsisting furnace prior to the addition of the A/C unit . Personnel involved with the removal and installation of the new furnace and A/C unit were top shelf ! On time each day and continued to alter their footwear from outside to inside each and every time . The installation was neat and tidy, very good job. The next step was Nate came back to go through all the techincal issues and ensure both my wife and I understood how to maximize the use of the A/C and furnace along with wireless thermostat . The invoice for the job was identical to the quote at the start of job. We would highly recommend this company for any further heating and cooling projects

    Furnace

    We had Distinct Heating and Cooling install our furance in August. The workers were professional and cleaned up after themselves. Our furance and water heater are great! I would recommend this company.

    Furnace and Hot Water Replacement

    Nate and his crew came and hel[ped recommend the perfect system for my home. During install they were punctual and respectful of my home. I bothered them with many questions and they happily obliged me. The work was done to perfection and in a timely manner. My furnace room was left cleaner and in a better situation then they found it in. Highly recommend!! A++

    Heating

    Excellent service, came and did FREE consult to see if our furnace (we just bought the home) needed cleaning, upgrading, etc. The owner was the one that came to do inspection and was very candid with us. Said that anything he would recommend would not increase efficiency by enough to see cost savings or significant energy savings. Was fantastic! Didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need and left by leaving us his card and a suggestion of the maintenance for the furnace in future. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

    Air Conditioning

    Fantastic service, Nate came out gave us a quote, said that they might be more expensive than others but service and quality is what they are about. We got both!

    Air conditioning install and furnace upgrade

    You can tell Nate is passionate about what he does! He has been great for explaining his recommendations, answering our questions and having great communication (including calling us back a year later for our AC install when the Calgary flooding prevented it from being able to happen in 2013). His crew was always on time and respectful of our house, making sure everything was cleaned up appropriately. We appreciated the follow up at the end to show us how to properly use our new unit as mnay of the thigns he said no to do were exactly the things my husband would have done! I would recommend him to anyone who asked!
