    Furnace / HVAC

    I was blown away by the Amazing Service I received from Distinct Heating & Cooling. Nate was professional and took the time to explain all the steps. He went above and beyond my expectations. This was the best service I have ever received in any industry. I highly recommend Distinct Heating & Cooling.

    Air-Conditioner and installation

    The quote was comparable to 2 others. Distinct spent more time to access the housing conditions , ie., architectural plans and land survey to place and choose the correct A/C. They were on time, on date, and neatly installed A/C to fulfill future basement developments. Distinct was courteous, answered all questions and left a clean work site. I have zero complaints because the unit is quiet and fulfills our cooling needs.

    Air Conditioning

    We were referred to Distinct heating & cooling by a friend and called them for a quote. From the initial meeting they went above and beyond to provide great service and explain every detail. We are very happy and impressed with the service we received and wouldn't hesitate to refer them to our friends and neighbours.

    Air Conditioning Installation

    We were very pleased with the entire process of dealing with Distinct Heating & Cooling from the initial meeting and quotation for the project through to its completion and the follow-up visit from Nate to explain the proper operation and maintenance of the air conditioner. There were no suprises in the entire process and everything was completed in a way that met or exceeded what had been promised.

    2 Furnaces replaced/AC adapted

    Service was exactly as promised. Three technicians arrived on time and worked for three days until the project was completed. The work was meticulous and the cleanup was excellent. Before they left, they explained the system, helped program the new thermostats and answered all of our questions. Nate followed up a few days later to ensure that we were completely satisfied. When an issue with one of the thermostats came up a few weeks later, Nate dealt with it quickly and professionally. The way the project was handled from start to finish inspired our complete trust, and we have since recommended Distinct to our friends.

    AC Installation

    Nate did a thorough evaluation & explained the product line well. Took the time to review location & home, to make a recommendation of the A/C equipment & installation that would meet City bylaw requirements. location & best serve our home. Didn't try to upsell us. The installation crew were efficient & professional, and Nate provided oversight during the day. Would highly recommend Nate and his organization, and we will continue to use Distinct for our furnace & AC maintenance.

    Air Conditioning Install

    Nate and his team were very professional, on time, provided excellent customer service and explained everything is lots of detail. Top quality installers and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for heating or colloing services.

    Air Conditioning

    This company was recommended by a friend - and they were amazing. Timely, efficient, and provided great service. The owner and installers communicated very well, were easy to speak to and were detailed in both information and quality of work. We couldn't be happier with our install! The cleanup afterwards was immaculate as well.

    New York 97 AFUE Furnace

    Nate is a very knowledgeable guy and had to use a lot of ingenuity to redesign my old 1980 era furnace to the new high efficiency specs. I have rarely seen workers that are this meticulous and proud of the work that they do. Everything that was done was done incredibly well and very CLEAN. Lines were zip tied, old crappy duct work was removed, nothing had gaps and everything was customized to fit the space perfectly. They worked fast and were done with minimal disturbance to the house. You will pay more for this company, but their is a reason why. Do not hesitate to call this company.

    Air Conditioning Install

    The service we got from Distinct Heating & Cooling was amazing. From the quote all the way through to the finished product. Starting with the quote, the prices were exactly what they said and they did not ask for money up front. They knew the bylaws and where we could and could not put the unit (Other companies basically said meh it does not matter). The day of the install, the guys were professional and Nate expects nothing but the best. They went as far as redoing some of the return A/C lines as they were not happy with the result. In the end the install is perfect and Nate inspects each install himself before payment. Definitely a class act and one of the best businesses in Calgary. *Thumbs up*
