    Polished Concrete Floor

    Tony and his team were hardworking and committed. Tony lead the operation, and provided informed, thoughtful and accurate information throughout the whole process. The job was challenging (polishing in rough shape concrete condo floors), but the end result was incredible and what I wanted (exposed aggregate, rugged industrial look).

    Polished concrete floors

    As a builder, I highly endorse Tony and his crew. I turned to him after a disappointing experience with a previous company, Tony's crew exceeded expectations, doing a deep grind to expose lots of aggregate, going the extra mile in difficult, cold conditions to deliver a stunning polished concrete floor for my client!

    Polished concrete floor

    This is my third project working with Tony and Ive had amazing results each time. Excellent value especially compared to other basement floor options. The crew really cares and does amazing work, thank you Unique Touch!

    Basement Floor Polishing

    Not a single thing to complain about here. 100% satisfied customer. Tony took plenty of time to explain all the steps and answer all my questions. His crew was friendly, polite and very tidy. Sounded like a great bunch of guys, singing and laughing throughout the day! Clearly enjoying their workday and taking pride in what they do. Would recommend unique touch to anyone looking for a polished concrete floor.

    Second job for me, very satisfied

    Very no nonsense contractors. They come when they say they will and stay until finished. Very happy with the quality.

    Great service! Job well done

    Recently had my basement underpinned and wanted polished concrete floors for the basement. After calling a number of different service providers I settled on Tony and his team and I wasnt disappointed. They were very easy to work with, responsive and did an amazing job making my concrete floors look like a show piece! I have no hesitation recommending their service.

    Old floor looks like new

    Great results! Tony and his team had a challenging project in my basement. After a flood we decided to finish our existing concrete floors. Unique touch was able to make these floors look amazing! Considering the concrete slab was unfinished and very rough, Tony and his team made them look like new. They were attentive, transparent and always available. Thanks to unique touch for making our basement look like new!

    Basement concrete polish

    Tony and his crew did an amazing job on the grinding and polishing of our new basement floor. They were clean and we had minimal dust. We will definitely use them again.

    Excellent service, excellent

    Tony and his team were great. We had recently underpinned the basement and he was able to accommodate a quick turnaround to have the slab polished. The quality of work and value was exceptional. Highly recommended.
