    Couldn’t be happier

    Tony and Ernesto did an excellent job grinding and polishing our new concrete floor. Communication was easy and any questions we had were answered promptly. He also took time to explain the unique features of our floor which was interesting. Highly recommend.

    Polished Concrete Floor

    I couldn’t be more happy with my Unique Touch experience. I reached out to them because they had just completed a friends place in the area and it looked beautiful. Similarly, the end state of my floor is now equally beautiful. What I hadn’t expected was how great of a group they were to work with. They worked with great care, we’re clean, and highly communicative. Also given amount of work and equipment involved I feel like I got great value from them. Would recommend hands down to anyone.

    Post underpin basement floor polish

    Tony and his team were very prompt, from quote to finish. While our job required some unexpected extra work, they stuck to their quote and were very good at explaining the situation and reassured that the end product will not be affected. Floors look great and we are already getting compliments.

    Excellent Polished Concrete Floor

    Extremely well-organized and easy to work with. Project was completed on time and with high very quality. Their team was exceptional in ensuring they kept the area clean, and removed all debris when the job was finished. Very impressed with this company.

    Basement concrete floor polish

    Very professional crew. Took interest in the details. Fixed a lot of problems but didn't charge extra. Would recommend to a friend.

    Polished Concrete Floors

    Unique Touch was an absolute delight to work with and we LOVE the results. The entire process was well communicated, consistent, on budget and finished in the alotted time. We would highly recommend!
