After underpinning my basement, my contractor recommended that I go with a polished concrete for my floors. I knew nothing about the process and the team at Unique Touch Concrete patiently walked me through every step of the process. Every employee was friendly and professional. They stayed on the agreed upon timeline and I was pleased with the price. The polished concrete looks AMAZING - I couldn't be happier. I appreciated the guidance they gave for how to protect the floor while other trades were coming in to finish the renovation.

I highly recommend Unique Touch for concrete floor polishing. We are in the process of renovating our basement. We have in-floor radiant heating and wanted to keep the concrete floor exposed. My husband and I are thrilled with the result! Edson, Tony and Talles (who did the work) were very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the floor polishing process, and so patient answering all my questions. Anytime I’ve contacted them, they got back to me immediately. The price was very competitive (we had two other companies bid on the work) and the work was completed on time. They were really accommodating when we had an unexpected delay to the start date, due to water coming in through an unfinished window opening. They left the job site clean. These guys are very professional. My husband and I are so thankful for the beautiful job done.

Tony and his team at Unique Touch did an amazing job polishing our tricky concrete floor. The industrial space we took over meant that there were decades of cracks, holes, and stains, and the team confidently took care of everything. Edson and his crew polished our concrete floors a few months ago and did an absolutely incredible job. By the time we moved in, we decided we wanted a higher sheen and they came within a week of us asking and finished the job in a day. The floors have a terrazzo look about them and are by far the best feature in our cozy basement unit. Everyone comments on how nice they are! We hired a lot of companies to get our basement apartment finished and Unique Touch is by far the most impressive one, both in terms of the quality of their work, as well as their responsive, kind and reasonable approach. I wish we had more square footage to renovate so we could hire this company again! You'll see what I mean when you do :)

What can I say about this company these guys are a class act extremely professional. If you are looking for a contractor to do some great finishes on you concrete floors, look no further. Both the owners and the staff were friendly, honest, hardworking and of course reasonably priced according to there competitors. They started work a week ago and because I had to remove the furnace, so that they could treat the floor under the furnace ( it’s moving locations next year), they came and worked both Saturday and Sunday. Top notch company and I would recommend them to anyone. To say I am happy and grateful I found this company after getting 4 other quotes is an understatement. #uniquetouchconcretedesign

After researching for weeks about the best flooring options (tile, luxury vinyl, and engineered hardwood) for my heated (hydronic) basement floors I met with Tony from Unique Touch to discuss polishing the concrete slab. Tony was on time for our meeting and very helpful. He explained the process to me and the pros and cons of the different finish options (low, medium, or high gloss). He and his crew were very professional and a pleasure to work with. They followed through on the original agreement on time and on cost (very competitive). I would highly recommend Tony and the team at Unique Touch.

We live in a downtown condo that had all the original flooring which was carpet and laminate and when we considered polished concrete we were not sure what the outcome would be but we were so thrilled with the results. Our unit is aprox 850sq feet that we had to have polished. From the time that Edson came to provide us with a quote (which was the most competitive of the ones we had received) he was very professional and took the time to educate us over and above what we learned online. He explained the process, the findings what we should consider even if we do not go with him.During the process there were delays due to our neighbors and Edson was very accommodating and kept us in the loop and was flexible to come on alternate days to ensure the project was completed in time. From a work and customer service perspective Edson and his team were excellent and I would recommend them.
