    Structural and Architectural drawings

    Drawings were done quickly with great detail. Zoning and Permits went through extremely fast with their help. Great to have structure and architectural done together to reduce issues. I chose them to do the construction as well as their quote and knowledge of the project was superior to other contractors who missed important details on the plans. Will update later when project is complete.

    Grand renovation and underpinning plus extension

    We had a grand project including full interior renovation of our residential house, underpinning and extension. Due to the magnitude of the project, we interviewed about seven Architects and engineers. We ended up hiring Rigid Frame through Homestars as we noticed the crew has deep hands-on experience in Construction. Their price was also competitive compared to other companies. The team patiently followed our wish list and prepared the Architectural floor plans and structural drawings better than we had envisioned. They helped us to pass the zoning for our extension and obtained the permit. As I am writing this review almost ninety percent of construction has been finished by Rigid Frame Builders which is their sister company. Pezhman and Arvin managed the construction site diligently and kept us updated in every stage of the construction process. We highly recommend them to anyone who is contemplating any aspect of construction and drawings from A to Z.

    House addition design beuild

    We met with Pezhman and Arvin through referral from our friends who happen to be contractors as well, after doing our drawings and getting a permit for our addition job in Richmond hill, the guided us throughout construction phase ultimately we decided that they are the right company to run the job for us and they became our GC the whole project could not been smoother they are always one phone call away, no corners were cut and since they are engineers who stamp the drawings they do follow them with no shortcuts the project was delivered on budget so we had additional money to do the basement as well, overall we are extremely happy with the job and the fact that we didnt have to deal with bad contractors who make the project a nightmare. Highly recommend them for both drawings and build

    Helpful, reliable and just damn good folks!

    Rigid Frame helped me with my architectural and structural drawings for a home renovation in an old East York home. The team was accommodating to my vision and advised me professionally on my options. Working with Emeline (structural designer) was a treat. Her attention to detail and incredible knowledge and experience were paramount in making my unique dream of what our home could become a reality! She helped us get our permits swiftly so the work could happen quicker than we had hoped. Additionally Arvin and his team have put in a 10 inch 600kg steel beam spanning about 26 feet! This is not an easy task. Arvin and his crew are quick, and thorough and their work is great! Lastly I would like to mention Pezhman. He has been my initial contact and has remained a big part of guiding me through this process throughout the job. He is a pleasure to work with and always looking to help his clients make the right choices. I would highly recommend this team for all your structural and architectural needs.

    Really satisfied with this company

    Did a great job for us

    Rigid Frame Structural Engineers really helped me out! We needed some structural changes done fast so we could move into our new home. They acted immediately to engineer the changes and produce the drawings.

    Great Job done

    Needed someone to take over our old problematic design. Rigid Frame Structural Engineer's name was suggested to me, met them, described my situation and they understood that and now got my job done because of their help. I couldn't be happier.
