    Knowledgeable and professional

    Their knowledge professionalism and communication skills were excellent. Any email questions were answered within a few hours usually if not less. I highly recommend this company to anyone requiring such a service.

    Highly recommended

    Rigid Frame Structural Engineers crew helped me with an addition on a 4-plex, converting a studio to a 2-bed unit. They were very responsive and effective in designing the layouts, going to Committee of Adjustment and working with the City to get the permits approved as soon as possible. I highly recommend this company.

    Super excited to move

    Loved how they took care of every part of the permit submission. Including following up during construction and responding to my contractor's questions. My family is super excited to move in to our beautifully designed house.

    Roof structural repair

    Pezhman provided structural engineering consultation service for a project to repair a settled foundation and its impact in the walls and sagged roof of a single family house. He gave detailed analysis and instructions on determining the specific walls and roof rafters that needed repair, details of the repair steps for adding new support trusses, sister boards to repair split rafters, details of hardware required and drawings. Pezhman explained the technical issues with excellent clarity and provided several resources needed to implement the repair based on best practices and standards. He also made excellent recommendations on maintaining the foundation to avoid further damage, design of storm water drain, process of excavation near the foundation to prevent settling soil, use of laser to measure vertical alignment of walls, and material used for wall repairs. We went to him several times during the repairs and asked for advice and each time he spent several hours patiently explaining the issues. Pezhman is an outstanding structural Engineer and I would recommend his services without any hesitation.

    Rebuilding a Property

    After purchasing an investment property, we decided to completely demolish and rebuild it. We were on a tight budget and schedule. After meeting with many different Construction Engineering Companies, we decided to go with Rigid Frame with expertise in both structural engineering and architectural design. Rigid Frame is very knowledgeable in both areas. Pezhman helped us to design and rebuild our property with a very reasonable price. He was very quick in obtaining City Permit and passing the Committee of Adjustment successfully. All City Inspections were satisfied with no issues. Pezhman’s attention to details and work quality exceeded our expectations. He was patient, gave us insightful advice, kept us up-to-date on progress at various stage of project and made an overwhelming process stress-free. We would recommend him and his company with no hesitation to anyone who is looking for a quality builder to build a property.

    Very knowledgeable

    These guys are very knowledgeable. They did 2 jobs for me in the past 3 months. Also they were much cheaper than the competitors. I will definitely use them again.

    Basement suite drawings

    Pezhman and his team are a real pleasure to work with! They are very responsive and very accommodating throughout the design process. A couple times we asked to change locations of appliances and kitchen layout and they were happy to incorporate our changes as they truly want their clients to be happy in their new space. They’ve also made the permit process a smooth one, thank you Rigid Frame! We highly recommend their services!
