    Underpinning, extension design and many more for an old house

    Rigid Frame is an exceptional Architectural and structural company among the other Companies in GTA. We bought a new 1950s house in downtown Toronto which required a full renovation. We needed to open up many areas and underpinning and extension design was also part of our main design. Pezhman and Arvin who both are professionals in Architectural and structural design provided us with different layouts and designs and guided us through every step of getting the permit from the City. We received the permit a couple of weeks ago and moving ahead with their sister construction company Rigid Frame Builders as their price was reasonable in comparison with other construction companies out there. Very satisfied and excited to see our dream home being built by Rigid Frame. We need to mention the construction crew is very well-trained and organized. Thank you, Rigid Frame, for your patience with us and the quality jpb.

    They promptly fixed the issue

    Rigid Frame Structural Engineers really took their time and paid a lot of attention to detail. Very good quality of work. When we called them back for a small adjustment to our gate, they promptly replied and fixed the issue. Quite happy.

    The best quality

    They have done a professional job at my home with the best quality and reasonable price in comparison with other companies. I really care about customer service and they were one of those companies who could satisfy me in terms of customer service. I highly recommend them for your renovation job from scratch to the end!

    The quality of their drawings are great

    I hired Rigid Frame Structural Engineers to produce construction drawings for my basement. They were very professional and knew what they were doing. The quality of their drawings are also great. I highly recommend them.

    Strongly recommended

    The repair is well done and thorough they are very knowledgeable and did a proper job to last. They explained everything they were doing. We did not explicitly discuss the increase in price to the quote which is the only reason I didnt give full stars. Strongly recommended.
