    Ray and the team were great to work with. Ray and professional and very accommodating. They offer prompt service, and were very helpful throughout the process of picking the right security systems for our home. I would recommend Ray and Total Security to anyone!

    I had an existing home security system that was no longer connecting to my monitoring centre. Ray was able to reprogram the system and get everything back up and running smoothly. I was previously with a large security company, but they never offered the personal level of service that Ray provides. He is responsive, quick to arrive for service calls, and truly cares about customer satisfaction. Ray makes sure the job is done right and is willing to go the extra mile to make sure you're happy with the results. I highly recommend Ray for all your security and surveillance needs.

    From beginning to end, the experience was outstanding. We hired Total Security & Surveillance to install outdoor security cameras at our home. Ray thoroughly explained the products and installation process in advance. His installer, Nav, arrived on time and completed the work exactly as outlined. The cameras were set up as expected, and we were shown how to use the app and access footage from the hard drive if needed. Communication was excellent throughout, including follow-up after the installation. We’re very satisfied and highly recommend Total Security & Surveillance Co.

    From start to finish, this job was seamless and hassle free. Ray was an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish. He was knowledgeable and gave pro advice. Abhishek was proffesional and and was able to overcome all the obstacles and challenges with ease. Ray worked with me on price and was absolutely reasonable. All in all, an excellent experience, I would recommend or hire total security again.
