    Alarm System Installation

    Ray did a great job with our alarm installation and has been very helpful answering questions post installation.

    Amazing Service

    Thank you Ray and his team yet again. We have updated all Of our security systems at various properties with Total Security. Ray and his team are a pleasure to work with. They are knowledgeable and get the job done with precision. They also are very helpful in making sure everything is set up on your devises and is fully running before the job is complete.

    Great Installation

    Ray was very prompt in his installation. Very courteous and informative. Very quick installation with reasonable prices.His after sales communication and service was exceptional. Have no hesitation in dealing with him.

    Replacing outdoor security cameras

    The outdoor cameras originally installed by Ray stopped working properly. He came and replaced them.

    Review After 5 Years..

    I hired Total Security & Surveillance back in 2019 and Ray had offered a reasonable price to install 4 video cameras around our house. Fast forward 5 years later, Ray is still being the helpful and kind person that I met on the first day. From a car theft off our driveway (yes, we got the footage!) to various bumps in the road of life, Ray has always been a text away and eager to assist, and he even keeps the software modern and updated. Nowadays, everyone needs cameras around their homes to protect yourselves and family members, and I highly recommend Ray and Total Security!

    Ray is fantastic!!!

    Ray is absolutely fabulous! He installed my security system a few years ago (I dont remember the price, however if you look back at the reviews Im sure youll find it there) not only has the system been wonderful, anytime Ive had any issues Ray has been right there to help me out. I seem to live in an older area, phone and cable lines are not the best, so I have been through several different Internet providers and within different providers, a numerous types of modems. Every time an ISP or modem needs to be changed, that change has to be forwarded on to the Security company, so I can access my system when outside of my house, & every time this happens, Ray has been quick to come over & help me out. Weve gotten to the point now that I can do most of the updates myself I am learning LOL, however, anytime I do need him he gets back to me right away. Anytime he cant help me, hes got a fabulous network of people who can. Its not always about the initial purchase with some products, its much more often about the ongoing Support, & this is where Ray excels. He even updated some of the software on my system for no charge making life easier for me the next time I have to switch out modems :-) Thanks Ray, for all your help, past & future! Barb :-D

    Residential cameras installed

    Home Security

    I have got the service from Ray 5 years ago and recently upgrade my home security with him again. He is a fast responser and scheduled the appointment in the very early date. The work has been done in the professional way and I will recommend him to my friends.
