System worls well. Had to wait for a long time for the app but Ray found an alternative solution

Prompt, efficient and friendly service. Ray was able to setup the takeover of our alarm system (and add to it) on our purchased house right away.

My home had 720p analog cameras and a DVR installed about 10 years ago. My DVR finally died and I decided to wanted to replace all my existing cameras and DVR as well as add two additional cameras that I always wanted. We had TSS replace 6 existing cameras, replace our DVR, and install two additional cameras (one requiring a new cable run). I dealt exclusively with Ray from TSS from start to finish of the project. From the very start, Ray was very responsive and very informative. We communicated voice, email and text. He shared product material with me, offered his own suggestions, and ultimately produced a few options for me to choose from at different price rangers. He clearly answered all of my questions and he also explained where he would cut costs due to the existing (reusable) wiring being in place. This was something that other quotes did not do. Ray came in with very competitive pricing in comparison to the others. Ray was easy going, accommodating, and proved trust worthy. Installation did take a little longer than expected due to some unforeseen circumstances not related to the project, but Ray always maintained communication and I never had to chase him. Ray always made me feel that this project would be completed to my satisfaction and I have to say that it was. I received exactly what I asked for and Ray never put up a fuss satisfying some of my more picky requests. The new cameras and DVR have been working great so far. Very happy with the end result.

Rahil is the most honest and reputable person I have met in this industry. He was recommended to me by a friend and I have to say his pricing is the best I have seen so far in comparison. He is on time, works very hard and makes sure that his clients are happy with the work. Even after installing the system, I was able to contact him for questions and he responded back very diligently. I do not have to worry about ever not being able to get in touch with him. I highly recommend Rahil to anyone that is looking to install alarm system, camera's, home theatre systems etc.

Ray came by on short notice to help correct my security cam system after my brother made some changes that he thought was going to help prepare me for some internet changes . Things got jumbled up and Ray came by and walked me thru the corrections and had me back on line quickly. This all started because my original installer company was not responding to my calls.

Ray helped me instal a Nest Doorbell. He provided friendly and helpful service as well as troubleshooting.

I called Ray on saturday morning, he showed up at my door by noon. The instillation finished by Monday afternoon. isn't that amazing? Thanks !

Total Security installed cameras at my home in the fall of 2022. Ray was excellent to work with from the beginning to the completion of the project. He is very knowledgeable, skilled and patient with those who have limited technical skills One often wonders what the service will be like once the job is completed and paid for. Ray does not disappoint. He continues to respond in a very timely manner and tries to walk the client through a solution over the phone which usually is all that is needed. If required, he will make a home visit. Recently, Ray made an adjustment to my security system and and installed a doorbell camera, once again in a timely and skillful way. I highly recommend Ray and Total Security.
