    Security cameras

    I have previously used them for my home and business alarm monitoring and this time for security cameras. Very professional service.

    Security Cameras

    Ray is well versed in security camera technology. He educated us on what was available and through common sense provided us with the most logical set up for our home and never tried to force us to purchase unnecessary items. He performed our project assiduously and quickly. If there were any problems, he had them quickly resolved. He responded promptly to each and every phone call and text message we sent him. We highly recommend Ray and his Total Security Company without hesitation.

    Security Camera Installation

    Total Security recently completed an install of security cameras at our home. From the very first phone conversation Ray's professionalism, courteousness and knowledge came through. Ray took the time to sit with us and answer our many questions and address all our concerns prior to us booking his services. He never pushed or tried to oversell any extras on us, and was very honest about what was required to meet our needs. He walked us through the entire process making sure we understood what he was doing every step of the way. The installation went smoothly and without any issues. After installation, Ray walked us through all the technical training and did not leave until he knew we understood how our new system works. Ray works very hard to ensure his customers are satisfied. We would highly recommend him to anyone. Thank you so much!

    Long Time With Total Security

    I have been using Ray at Total Security for the past 8 years or at two different homes. The best thing about Ray is that he is very responsive and is always there quickly if you need him. His installations are excellent as well. He is very friendly and when you work with Ray he gives you the personal touch you need in home security. He take pride in his work and always does his best. We recommend Ray because security is his life and you can see how much he gives to his business.

    Security Camera Installation

    I wanted to have security camera installed and so I have ask around for quotes and reviewed installer here at Homestars and there I found "Total Security" with excellent review. I went ahead and contacted Total Security and Ray answered my call right away. I asked him the usual common questions, his type of services, type of camera he's selling and warranties. He was able to answer all my questions and he also provided me with recommendations that made my decision much easier. He did not push any other services or any equipment I did not need, which was really nice. I went ahead and booked with him, he was always right on time, always letting me know that he's on his way. He took his time doing the installation, ensuring good service. I had 4 camera installed and it looked excellent, I am happy with it so far. Ray is a great guy and professional. I would happily recommend him to anyone looking to have security camera installed. Thank you Ray!

    Home Security System

    Ray installed a security system in 2011 when we moved to Clarkson. He was very helpful in setting up the system and pointing out the most important areas to cover. It is a pleasure to deal with Ray and he is always friendly and helpful when we travel. The system he installed has continued to function well during these six years.
