Alarm security system
I have no problem of recommending Total Security Co to anyone including friends of families. I spent a lot of time trying to find the right security company to monitor my security alarm system for my house. I saw lots of great reviews from people who have their work done by Ray and his company but I still wanted to look further and see what’s the best company out their for my house. All other companies that I have spoken to are just like everyone else who wanted more money from you. Ray not only educate me of what I might need which is up to me if I wanted or not but also making sure that my needs are met with securing my home. I make my decision after talking to Rayin one week because he was there anytime I have a question regarding security system and this is before I even said that I will go with his company. The customer service from Ray is beyond amazing and professional. I will highly recommended Ray and his company to anyone who is looking to have this kind of work done to making sure that you, your family and your home are secure. Thanks again Ray.

SECURITY CAMERA'S
(Total Security Company )Ray was referred by my neighbors as well i did personally see one getting installed...By then I had already decided to get one ....Ray communication skills are outstanding and he is very friendly and courteous to deal with...He worked around my work schedule ...and got the job in a timely manner....Ray kept me well informed via text's and emails. Pricing for the system was very reasonable and pictures say's it all about his worship. I have already recommended Ray to few of my friends and colleagues at work. outdoor security camera installation
Ray was the quickest to respond to my initial contact and responded promptly to all questions. The installation was nicely done and delivered punctually. Overall we were very happy with the service which was personable and at a great price.

Fixing and hiding camera wiring
Ray is so skilled at what he does. I emailed him on Wednesday evening when I came home and another security system company completely bungled the camera system on our property. They didn't bother to hide any of the camera wiring, and it looked absolutely terrible. Ray called me back in about an hour and was incredibly understanding and sympathetic to our situation. He came in on that Friday to make it right. He rewired all our cameras correctly and made everything look clean and aesthetically pleasing. The cameras look incredible now - so professional. He took really good care of our house to make sure everything was done correctly, even when it wasn't his system. I can't recommend him enough. Great company and I will be using them again and recommending them to all my friends.

Security System installation
Total Security Company (Ray) was recommended to us by a very close friend. Ray's commitment to customer satisfaction was excellent. He worked closely with us to design a security system that met our needs. He was flexible and worked around our schedule. The installation was on time, on budget and very well done. We have already recommended Total Security Company to friends.

Security cameras
Ray was professional and did a great job installing our security cameras. He fully explained the products offered and we feel that we got an excellent quality product for a very competitive price. We are very happy with the results and would highly recommend this company.

Security Cameras
I contacted Total Security Co based on positive reviews on HomeStars. Ray called me a short time later and came over to my house the same evening. We reviewed the property and Ray suggested camera placement to take full advantage of my corner lot. Ray’s pricing was fair and he worked with my budget. He is very customer focused and installed everything in one day. I am pleased with the job and I would recommend Ray to anyone looking for Security installations. Thanks Ray ! Spence

Security Camera
Ray is a very friendly, responsive professional. Very easy to talk to, family focused and honest. He was a pleasure to work. He was patient and answered all of my questions and made very helpful recommendations and suggestions. What really stood out is how responsive he is. He always made sure to call or text so that I never had to wait or wonder whether or not he was going to start the job on time or provide a quote. It made it so easy to schedule and plan because he understands that time is money and customers don't want to be given the run around. I have no hesitation recommending Ray if you are looking for any type of security service completed for your home or business.

security monitoring alarm
