Security and Surveillance
Ray is knowledgeable in this space of work And has a lot of passion in what he does. He provides excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend Ray for any of your security services.

York Blvd Hamilton.
Great professional service. It was commercial building and needed someone with strong knowledge of commercial products. Ray took care of it in best possible way at reasonable cost.

Home alarm system
Ray has always provided excellent service and has been dedicated in resolving any issues that I have had with my alarm system. Whenever I have called or emailed him he has always responded

Home security
I have known Ray for 7years. He is the most professional man you will meet. His service is amazing. He's not about the money he's about making customers happy. We literally call him all the time to come by and show us something we didn't know or when the power would go out or if we wanted a sensor moved he would be there that day or the following day. His business is professional, he's honest hard working and built this all on his own. Call Ray his prices are amazing, customer service impeccable I give him and his company 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ $1150 is so worth the peace of mind at night I never worry about not being safe he keeps us so safe !!!! Don't waste your time going anywhere else or to look for cheaper hes the best in the business

Video Camera System install
Ray was great, he showed up in a pinch and helped us solve our camera problems. He took the time to walk me through the best configuration for the space and didn't try to oversell us. It was a long day for the install, but his music knowledge and good spirits kept things going. He took feedback (my crazy ideas) and worked creatively to solve challenges throughout the day. I would recommend Ray to others in a heartbeat.

Home Security
I was looking for a reputable security installer, and Ray came highly recommended from this site. He was quick to respond to setup a time to chat, we had a lengthy discussion as he gave me some valuable information and options. I was about to leave on a lengthy trip and called Ray during a busy time, but he was still able to accommodate my installation date/time. The installation was very thorough, the cost was straight forward, and he gave me some added tips to increase security on top of the security I had purchased from him

Video security /Maintenance/ Tutorials
Ray did a super job from start to finish. Started the job and completed it within the time he promised. He was professional & courteous and answered all of our questions. Work was done to our satisfaction! Thanks to Ray we have an amazing security camera system! In addition, Ray was available for maintenance (when we lost power) and tutorials on the functionality of our new security cameras. I would recommend Total Security and Ray for their security surveillance needs.

Great service quality camera
Great communication, installed same week. Very pleased with quality of camera and also the service Installed software on our cellphones also on computer desktop Provided us with cd and has been in touch to answer any questions Professional and fast defenitly recommend Thanks
