    Satisfied Customer

    We have been doing business with Ray for the past 4 years now. I second all comments that praise his customer service. Even 4 years down the road all we needed to do was place a call, and Ray was there to help in person. Would put in a recommendation any day !

    Security Camera (4) Installation

    We hired Ray Merchant to install a 4-camera security system at our home. The installation was efficiently performed and professional! The work was completed in a timely manner and we are satisfied with our investment. Despite this, we must say the Ray is genuine and respects the customer. He is trustworthy and passionate about his work. We experienced a very high comfort level and that is what we appreciated most! We would have no reservations to call on Ray for any future work. Thanks Ray, it's been our pleasure.

    Alarm system

    Quote and install were done quickly and everything is working as described. Excellent follow up to confirm system was operating properly.

    Security Cameras

    Ray did an excellent job installing 4 cameras in challenging locations. He was flexible and worked around our schedule and Mother Nature. Even with some network connectivity issues, Ray would not rest until the job was done and we were completely satisfied. Thanks Ray!

    Security Camreas installation

    After checking some local security cameras installation companies I decided to go with Ray. He was open, honest and upfront about the system and services he will be providing. His price was very competitive and hardware has 2 years warranty as well with 2 support calls included/year in the price which is good value for the money and the service he is offering. I definitely like his customer service and professional services.

    Repeat satisfied customer - alarm system

    I had Ray install an alarm system in my old house several years ago - it was very well done and competitively priced; then I've introduced him to my parents where he helped upgrading their system. Recently, Ray installed a new system in my new house. Needless to say as a long-term customer I am very satisfied with Ray's service offering. In particular, I command his responsiveness and ability to connect with customers. Thank you Ray! You satisfied long-term customer.

    Security Cameras

    We were looking to install outdoor security cameras for our home. After contacting many security companies we decided to go with Ray because of his responsiveness and expertise. Weather an our schedules made completing the project a challenge but Ray returned several times to complete the job with good quality. Ray will work with you if you have any concerns and will not rush to get through a job and sacrifice quality.
