We called Dayside for a quote we received great service, Luke was on time, knowledgeable, and took time to explain everything. Dayside met all the timelines originally agreed upon. The installers John and Kyle were fantastic they took great care in making sure everything was done right down to the small details. Clean up was completed at The end of every day and when the job was done nothing was left behind. Love our new windows and doors.... Highly recommend this company

Let's be honest, researching for a company who is the manufacture, has a great product, fantastic warranty and is known for superb installation is not easy when you require window or door replacement. On July 16th, Dayside Windows and Doors replaced eight of my windows. I ordered the triple pane, 272 tint with vinyl interior and exterior casement style. I can't say enough how impressed we are with the final outcome. Not only is the house much quitter, more efficient it looks greatly improved from every angle. I am happy I can scratch painting the windows once a year off my list! When I called Pat Naccarato for an in home visit he was prompt, very professional, responded with a written quote next day and made several suggestions that I had not considered ie. replacing the two windows in the kitchen with one to allow for an unobstructed view as well as in the main bathroom. The installation staff were knowledgeable, polite, easily approachable with questions I had during the installation and cleaned up extremely well when the job was complete. They even went the extra mile by removing items that were on the wall that I had forgotten about. A really great group that work well together. I would also like to recognize the staff in Brantford for creating our windows, thank you! I will contact Dayside Windows and Doors to replace my front door and patio door in the near future. Update: I made a post approximately a month ago explaining my dissatisfaction with regard to failed seals on many of the glass window inserts that Dayside has warranted. I was very surprised and happy to get a prompt response and contact number to try and ameliorate the issues. I can say that the glass insert replacements that I just picked up yesterday are superiorly made by Cardinal and I was able to install them with no issues. Thanks to Chrystal, Margaret and Marek for a great conclusion to this situation! Original Post: We had all the windows in our house replaced with Dayside Windows in 2002. They were covered with a lifetime warranty. After about 10 years, the seals on the inserts started to fail and they began to fog up on the inside. We contacted Dayside and after their representative inspected the windows they agreed to replace (but not install) some of the failed inserts. I had to install the window inserts myself or pay to have them installed. This whole process lasted months due Dayside not wanting to honor their warranty. Now, the warranty replacement inserts are failing. I am certainly not contacting Dayside again and will have to replace them at my own cost. So much for their lifetime warranty. Ed

Salesman Luke was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products and what they had to offer. The installers were very professional installing all our windows and door and the end result shows it. We are very pleased with our beautiful new windows. The sales rep at Dayside was very thorough and answered our many questions truthfully and was not at all "pushy". We were thrilled with the excellent workmanship of the installers who were very thorough in their attention to detail and going " the extra mile" to make everything match beautifully. They cleaned up every night and left our house immaculate when the job was done. Their fun personalities made them a pleasure to have in our home. We would highly recommend Dayside. I found Dayside Windows and Doors at a home show in the GTA their booth caught my eye and the sales rep James was really knowledgeable and friendly. After speaking with James and hearing that Dayside is a Manufacture of a high quality brand window and that they have been in business for over 50 years I felt assured that I wanted to get a quote from them so I asked for James to come out and see us. After getting the quote and reviewing it and comparing it to similar brands of windows in the GTA I found their pricing to be fair and decided to chose Dayside. The follow up was great we got our windows and door in 4 weeks and they installed everything in one day. I was really impressed with the installers they were very professional and cleaned up very well after too. Thank you Dayside and James I have already refereed you!

We had Dayside out a few years back to do our large front window and they did a great job!. We just had 2 more new windows installed last week. I had it in the back of my mind that we would go with Dayside again but I still wanted to do my home work with other companies being as it was about 4 years since we had our front window installed. Had a new front door and 3 bedrooms installed. Everyone at Dayside was super helpful and friendly from the initial call through to estimate and install. Had a small hiccup with install that was immediately resolved and handled with professionalism. I will definitely use Dayside again in the future.

I contacted 3 window companies for quotes as we all should do to replace 3 windows and a patio door that had seen better days. Luke was able to arrange a site visit a lot sooner then the other companies so that was a good start, He showed up on time for the appt, and was very informative and polite for the visit. Within a couple days a detailed quote was supplied. Now this is a house I own in Port Dover,Ont but one that my mother and father in law lives in as I live in Calgary. Why I mention this is because the whole transaction along with the communication had to be handled via email, They were able to work with me on that, be clear and come to a competitive price for the install, My mother was very impressed with Jason (installer) and his attention to detail and not wanting to rush the job along with fun to be around considering the stressful time of a window install, overall very happy with the product to date and service.
