We had to replace 13 windows and two patio doors. After extensive research narrowed it down to three companies - comparable price and product quality. James from Dayside was great to deal with - I found him to be honest, candid and well educated in the products he sells. A great guy to deal with and not pushy. Windows were delivered within the 8 weeks quoted. James was on top of my order. The installation by Yashik and team was fantastic - very professional, respectful of my house and the landscaping when placing their ladders and equipment outside, and did an excellent installation job including feeding my alarm sensor wires into the new windows and very clean and precise trim work. Thank you Dayside for a great product and installation. James and team delivered on his promise.

We ordered 10 windows and two doors in March 2015. We were immediately impressed with our sales person, James and the prices. We were told the items were to be installed within 8 weeks. 11 weeks later the windows arrived. The installation was well done, the trim work was nicely done and the windows are beautiful. However, the doors were not ready for installation. 27 weeks later (October 2015), numerous phone calls, emails and disappointments the doors arrived. In the end our customer service was handed by Margaret who was amazing. In fact, I'm sorry that poor Margaret had to deal with such a situation. Honestly, I could not recommend Dayside to a friend (or foe) with regards to their doors. The doors were scratched, the paint job was poor and it took numerous attempts to get it right. The final product is beautiful (three attempts and 27 weeks later) but it wasn't worth the weeks and weeks of frustration. We were given a $500 discount however, I would have rather avoided the disaster and the countless phone calls made to Dayside.

This is the second time we had our windows done by Dayside Windows and Doors with James Stamboultzis and we couldn't be happier! The whole process was informative, clean and professional. James was always willing and able to answer all my questions and work with me through every step of the process. I would highly recommend working with james! And look forward to working with him and Dayside Windows and Doors again in the future.

Love this company! First of all, *superior* product. I mean, amazing!! Seen a difference in energy bills! Competitively priced, well worth the money. James Stamboutzis came for consult and installation. He was super courteous and patient--he walked me through several design ideas (he's design-savvy) and I never felt rushed for a second. I really like that the sales rep was present at installation. Installers were great. I will use Dayside and James specifically again when we replace doors next year.

total window replacement, late50`s home, original large (8')windows. We interviewed 5 different window companys. Of these Dayside was the best. Reasons 1) price competitive 2) no up-selling , the salesman worked with us to get windows that fit our lifestyle and our house . 3) great show room, answered all questions and no pressure selling. From the start of process from estimate (1 day after calling) to signing contract( installer came out with salesman to check project and look for any concerns) to install (6 weeks later) the company was approachable down to earth (like working with family). Complete job was done in 2 weeks. (we were not home,working) every night it was like they were not in our house 0 mess,dust ect. Get an estimate you will not be disappointed.

I was recommended to James Stamboultzis whom works for Dayside Windows and Doors form a close friend whom I trust very much who had recently had there window replaced early this year from Dayside Windows and Doors. My friend Doug had nothing but positive feedback. After meeting with James which had really good product knowledge and took his time to explain the manufacturing and installation process and presenting me with a very detailed quote I had decided to move forward with the windows. I was very impressed with the delivery time and the installation crew was very respectful of my home and were very tidy. James also had my weather stripping replaced on of my old existing doors for free. Dayside replaced all of my windows in my home. The existing ones were 35 years old and required a much needed upgrade. My sales Rep Pat was incredible. He was patient with me (3years) while I shopped around for windows. The product was superior to their competitors but some might say a window is a window. I would argue no, the quality of the finish, seal, pane, are far better than their competitor base. Above all my main concern was the installation. Pat's team of installers were incredible. They were clean, they were thoughtful and precise, they treated my home as if it was their home. I am incredibly happy with the quality of the installation, and look forward to the winter knowing I won't be losing heat as I have been in years past! Thank you Dayside. Thank you Pat. Excellent professional service from initial visit to Showroom. The home visit for quotation was professional and courteous The installers Mike and Mike did a great job in the installation of the windows. Highly recommend the company.

Had Pat from Dayside come to do a quote for a large front window, kitchen window, and bathroom window. He was professional, on time, knew his stuff, and presented lots of options for windows. I had him quote 3 different configurations, each of which he did thoroughly and promptly. Pricing and warranty was competitive and I felt comfortable going with Dayside. On install day, the installers were on time, courteous, and professional. Pat dropped by later in the day to see how things were going which was a nice touch. The windows are excellent. They look amazing. The hardware and screens are excellent and look like all components are going to last. I would have given a 9.5, but 9 was the only option. I gave a 9 because of a scuff to a kitchen cabinet, and because when they were breaking the old windows on site, I found some small shards of glass in the grass and in the driveway. I would still recommend Dayside for a window install.
