We were quite pleased with the workman ship on our window replacements, a few years ago our front door was replaced as well and were quite surprised to see them readjust and replace rubber components on the door free years after.

We had the best experience with this company for all aspects of the project- planning, refining our choices with their input, and installation. Everything took place on time, everyone we dealt with was very knowledgeable and professional, and the price was competitive with other quotes for high end products. The design and quality of their windows is far superior to the many others we looked at. The installation team was excellent. We highly recommend Big City Windows and Doors.

Big City Windows sales rep assured us, repeatedly, that the size of the window panes for our basement replacement windows would only be one quarter to a half inch smaller than the original windows. Important not to lose glass size given the small amount of light from basement windows to begin with. Installation was well done however, turned out the height of the window panes were an inch and a quarter smaller than the original windows. The company argued that the window frame size was specified in the contract. True enough but the size of the window pane was not. Mistake to trust the sales rep. $200 discount was little consolation. Lesson: make sure the size of the window panes, not just the frames, is stipulated in the contract.

Now we have a clear, beautiful scene of our backyard. Our two cats, Felix and Milo, are also thrilled with the changes! Theyve spent hours basking in the extra sunlight through the French doors and love their new "cat TV" as they watch all the backyard wildlife. Its their new favourite hangout, and we cant help but laugh at how much joy it brings them. The installation team deserves a lot of praise as well. Their work was efficient, precise, and carried out with the utmost care. The new window and doors fit perfectly, and everything was installed with attention to detail. We couldnt have asked for a smoother or more seamless process. We also want to give a special shout-out to Marybecause this is where the journey truly beganwho was an absolute joy to work with throughout this entire experience. From the first phone call to the final follow-up, Mary was consistently warm, friendly, and helpful. She ensured everything went smoothly and made us feel completely at ease, knowing we were in great hands. Were beyond thrilled with the results and are already looking forward to working with Big City Windows again when its time to replace our front door.
